apart from all the features that you would normally get with the S21, nice camera, awesome screen, powerful chipset, 8 gigs of RAM, this phone actually fits IN your pocket and doesn't stick OUT of your back pocket ready to fall out at a moment's notice. you can see the screen in the Sun. it's not a pocket warmer and the battery actually lasts all day. it doesn't cost $1,000. you know, sensible stuff. I rolled the dice with a refurb and got one without a scratch on it. get a light flexible clear protector and you're good to go.

i don't even know where to start with this phone, it came three days early, it was cheaper and faster shopping than other shops (I'd highly recommend Macalegin Electronics) then we tested the phone and it was unlocked as described, the phone had no scratches whatsoever and it still feels new even as I type on it now, battery life is awesome and camera is jaw dropping! THIS IS THE BEST UPGRADE EVERRR

Do not buy a phone from this seller. They advertise the phones are unlocked, but they ARE NOT. They know they have this issue since they include directions on how to fix it. They tell you to connect to wi fi and download current OS. They specifically say they know this happens, but this will cure it. Well, it doesn't cure it. The SIM will work for about two minutes and then it locks back up. Since I was porting my number, this has left me without a phone. It took me hours this afternoon to port the number and get everything set up at ATT, then the phone doesn't work.
I have emailed the seller several times with no response. Since I don't have a phone, I can't call them.

Very disappointed. I have never written a review before, good or bad. I will spread the word about this seller. Shame on them for selling something they know has issues.

This phone is the perfect size and fits in my pocket without too much bulk. This is my second refurbished phone, the last one I had for over 5 years, after that I bought a brand new one and it lasted the same amount of time, so why buy new? This phone works great and has an awesome camera! The only feature I don't like is having the on and off button on the same side as the volume buttons, I Don't know why Samsung did that. All the features work great, so if you want all the functions without the high price, this is the way to go. I saved more than $300 when I bought this phone.

This product has minor scratches on it. But other than that it works as it should. It is super fast than my old note 8 phone. And has the latest software and also has AI technology just like the s24. Money well spent for the price point on a flagship phone.

So far, I'm very happy with the Galaxy S23! There are a few minor things I will need to get used to, but nothing major- at least not yet! I've had this phone up and operational for a little over a week now, and so far, so good!

Phone appeared to be in excellent condition until I realized no vibrations were working at all. Ran diagnostics and it was not a software issue, which indicates the vibration motor was dead on arrival.

Took it to a repair shop and they confirmed it was an issue with the loud speaker (which also controls vibrations from my understanding) and now I'll have to pay an extra $60 just to get this phone in working condition since I don't have the time to ship the whole thing back and find another refurbished, properly working phone.

I never write reviews ever, in fact, I think this is my first time. I got my phone almost a week earlier than expected, and it is beautiful. Looks and runs like brand new. Camera is great, battery life is great, and it was super easy to set up. Box came with a sim card key, and charger. I would recommend getting a refurbished phone to all my friends and family, specifically from this company.
