This product requires you to purchase additional software in order for it to work correctly, since installing the software , it has erased restore points prior and I have now experienced more trouble then ever. my computer will work and go blue screen and reboot. you contact there software support and it stinks. no way , I would take this off your website. I want a refund .

I am amazed what this software can do! I had stressful situations with adware and so far this product has taken care of that and also has other care for my laptop to help clean it up and it runs like new again!!

My computer had some minor bugs and I bought this after seeing a few reviews. Mistake. After installing it, my computer did nothing but crash, the shut-down process was taking over 30 minutes, and it got to the point where I would run the scan, it would list the problems and tell me they were fixed, then just to check I would rerun the scan and have more errors! It just told me it had fixed them. I contacted technical support 3 times via their "premium" online support and got no response. I had to call technical support and wait on hold a very long time. Not worth it at all.
July/14 - I am updating this review - I actually had to take my computer in to be fixed. The technician told me he has seen a number of people come in with more problems after installing this software. Just thought I would add that.

Pray you don't need support their 24/7 only comes by at coming of a blue moon. they also will sneak an auto renewal in on you and try to charge for renewing all the free downloads.

Not only did not speed up my system, but crashed/removed ALL of my printer drivers (but left them installed). And left so much junk out there that I cannot even UNINSTALL them as they are reporting as "in-use".
