Measurements method:

Dance shoes should be fit closer to the foot than other regular shoes,Boys,foot width and instep high might need to order one size up.

1.Gently press your foot on the blank paper.

2.Draw two points between the longest point of the toe and the heel.

3.Measure the vertical distance between the two points.

These are true to size and just as pictured. We tried on other brands too, but these were half the price of ones in the dance shop. In other brands my daughters preferred a size up so they wouldn't be too tight, but these were true to their regular shoe size. Many other ballet shoes are fabric and get ugly stains all over them, but I love that these are pleather so they'll wipe off and stay looking nice longer. My daughters have only used them for a few weeks at the time of this review, but they seem to be holding up well and will surely last at least 1 season, at which time we'll probably need to size up. Great value, great purchase.

Really nice ballet shoes. Fit true to size. Have gotten 2 pairs so far and they hold up really well. Ordered light pink color and they’re a pretty shade of pink. Will definitely be ordering more from this brand as my daughters grow

Overall cute ballet shoes. These ended up being too small/tight, but it’s so hard to guess shoe size online. They were more intensely pink than I imagined from the picture online.
