It's perfect for my needs. I really like all the different programs that can be set for your different laundry needs. It's very versatile. It operates differently than other washers I've used, as in it doesn't use an agitator. It's impeller based movement of the clothes is gentler, and from what I've read, saves water. Seems less dangerous.
It's a very 'smart' machine. It seems to know how to balance everything. After the washer fills and begins a wash cycle, it'll run for a while, decide the load needs more water, and it adds it to it.
I like how dry the clothes come out, and the ability to put it on extended spin/air dry cycles independently of the wash. I don't have a dryer, nor do I really want something that's going to take up more space and use up a lot of electricity, to do something that can be done for free if you just plan accordingly. It's a really light machine, and easy to move around. I read another review where someone said they put it on a furniture dolly, and I'll probably end up doing that as well.
The only gripe I have so far, is the black part on top, where the user interface is located, easily scuffs or scratches with just my hands rubbing across it. That's a cosmetic concern, and not enough for me to take off a whole star, maybe half a star but that's not an option.
