Call 911! A Chinese manufactured product that is a stellar design and quality construction! The Wondershade exceeded my expectations by being better than advertised, easy to put together and tear down and is compact to stow. I'm an artist and use it when painting outdoors. And, we'll be taking it to the Santa Fe Opera next month for our tailgate dinner. It is exactly what I wanted and I could not be more pleased.

TLDR: Easy set up for one person, works to block sun and rain, lifesaver on fields where canopies aren’t allowed. Buy extra stakes.

I bought 3 of these for our family to take to football and soccer games. They were easy to set up by myself and provided great protection in both sun and rain. Being able to adjust the height and angle of the umbrella was very useful for blocking the sun, that’s one downfall of canopies that don’t have sidewalls - the shade isn’t always under the canopy itself.

Several fields our kids played on would not allow canopies, but there was no restriction for umbrellas. These were a lifesaver in those instances and I’m buying a couple more for the players to use as well.

A couple stakes did bend. Buy an extra pack of longer stakes for better anchoring.

It was so nice to not have to auger a hole in the soccer field to put up an umbrella, as with my old one. This umbrella with the tripod stand is great for soccer parents.
The whole kit is heavier than a regular beach umbrella so if you are carrying it a long distance keep that in mind.
Set up is not complicated once you figure it out. The umbrella can be adjusted up pretty high. This does make it a bit top-heavy. Each leg of the tripod has a small hole at the end. You use one of the included tent stakes through that hole to keep the umbrella from blowing away or tipping. Worked great.
WARNING: The first time I set it up, I grabbed the bottom assembly and it extended the legs on its own, and I got a finger pinched between the leg and the leg brace. Be careful with that thing.
Overall a great purchase.

This is a GREAT sunshade. It folds up to occupy very little room and when you fold it out it casts a really big shade over the area you want to be in shadow. There are a few drinks holders accessories which you have to remember to fit before final assembly, but it’s no big deal.
The only problem I did have was with the legs which are supposed to slide down the pole and splay into the final position. It’s a bugger to get them to move! Or else I’m doing it incorrectly. I’ve tried a loose grip, I’ve tried forcing them and they are very stubborn. I might try some WD-40 as they are really awkward to move. But the top canopy and the telescopic assembly are a breeze and take very little time to set up.
Overall this item seems to be well made and it’s sturdy. I would thoroughly recommend it – if you can get the legs to move!

Honestly one of the best sunshades/umbrellas I've seen or used in quite a while. Perfect for the beach, outing events or in the backyard. I appreciate the sturdiness and stability of the umbrella with its strong base legs and the umbrella size that provides much need shade from the Florida sun. Additionally....it's nice that you receive 2ea cup holders that attach straight to the base pole for easy access. The sunshade is portable, and the storage bag actually fits the umbrella with its accessories. It really is a Wondershade :).

I'm a parent of young athletes, and I've been using the Wondershade Ultimate Portable Shade Umbrella with Stand for a few months now. I absolutely love it! It's a lifesaver on hot days, and it's given me a lot of flexibility to sit where I want while watching my kids' games.

The umbrella is very well-made. It's made of durable materials, and it's easy to set up and take down. The stand is also very sturdy, and it holds the umbrella in place even in windy conditions. The stand is the best feature of this setup. So nice not to have to mess with pounding in stakes or ground screws, and allows me to set up on concrete where there is no options for stakes. Umbrella is super portable. It folds up into a compact carrying case, so it's easy to take with you wherever you go.

I've had several people ask me where I got my Umbrella. I have recommend it to several parents on our team and other fans.

Tons of flexibility with this umbrella, it gives me the ability to sit where ever I want and still maintain some shade. The umbrella has also been great for watching my kids' games in the rain. It keeps me dry and keeps my stuff dry.

Overall, I am extremely happy with the purchase. It's a well-made, versatile, and portable umbrella that has made my life much easier. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and effective way to stay shaded outdoors.

The umbrella is easy to put up and down and has a carrying case. It is so nice to be able to have shade when my husband isn’t there to haul the easy-up. The tilt feature really helps! The cup holders are really for a can of coke, don’t depend on them.

I opened the umbrella for the first time yesterday, and it's damaged. There is one large rip about 6 inches long and one hole. I contacted the company, and they responded within 24 hours. Unfortunately, I waited over 30 days to open the package. It was totally my fault, which they were quick to point out.
I get it, sort of. I asked the company if they would consider replacing just the top ripped part, I would even pay for shipping. They declined my request with the response of "Talk with Amazon." You can clearly tell that I haven't used the umbrella. Anyway it is still my fault for being 5 days past the warranty I just thought out of good faith and customer service they would replace the top part.

If you read other reviews, this seems to be an occasional occurrence. As I look through their pictures, it is exactly the same type and place as mine. It must be a manufacturing problem.

After all of this, unfortunately, I can not recommend this product.
