Very good quality, the black is matte. It is not see through, even when doing squats. High wasted and tucks in tummy area very well like shape wear. Very comfortable and long, ideal for tall girls. It is very stretchy and comfortable. Also the material is thick and stylish. No pockets

Buy Them Now! 5 ⭑ Leggings!
Reviewed in the United States on August 7, 2024
This is the second pair of the Sunzel Womens Workout Leggings with High Waist Tummy Control that I have purchased to date. First pair was on 09/20/23 & I just recently purchased my second pair on 07/29/24. If it weren’t for my dog’s sharp nails, I wouldn’t have had to even purchase the second pair because they were still holding up just great! They’re buttery soft & not too thick that makes them overtly hot/warm. The material is very breathable, with generous elasticity as to not feel confined or constricted but still maintains the perfect amount of “tummy control”. Leggings are completely opaque/squat proof. Has a tiny pocket in the waistband to hold keys/ID/cc’s etc. I wash them normally & sometimes lay flat to dry or toss them in the dryer & have had zero issues either way. No pilling has occurred. I will absolutely continue to purchase from this brand & these leggings specifically as they are high quality, exceedingly well made, & reasonably priced!

Soft and Stretchy

These are cute and comfortable. My new pair for the gym, squat proof, cellulite proof (not that I care) and ideal thickness. It has a good amount of stretch, I’m very curve with a big back and these fit me good in a medium. It comes with an inner pocket for a key or something small just in case.

LOUNGEWEAR - Not lulu but great quality for the price
Reviewed in the United States on March 9, 2024
I’ve purchased these in black and wine colors last year for $30, and saw the hot pink ($14) and forest green ($19) go on sale so I tried them and I’m keeping them. The forest green is nothing like the pictures as other reviews said. More of a teal/green (see pics), and significantly lighter of a shade than the photo. Pink is spot on neon pink you’d expect. For the price, they’re both perfect to lounge around the house in. At the end of the day lulu aligns are $98 and for loungewear the no one will see, these are a great alternative.
Comparing these to lulu aligns (used sell their clothes so very familiar with the brand) - similar buttery soft feeling, they equally pick up just as much lint and dog hair, and they both pill in the inner thighs (maybe if you have a thigh gap that won’t happen in either brand) but lulu aligns long term also just pill all over from washing (to be fair, some pairs I’ve had 10+ years and you can trade them in to the store for credit towards a new pairs). I haven’t owned Sunzel long enough to say the same, but I imagine they will too based on the fabric. Lulu leggings that are NOT aligns don’t pill like this - for anyone interested in taking the leap.
They are different in the crotch and waistband though - comparing a M Sunzel to a 6 lulu (5’10” 145~150 lbs for reference) - the Sunzel has noticeably more material in the crotch. It doesn’t stand out as much in the black, but in the colored leggings, especially when you sit, you’ll see extra fabric bunched up down there vs. lulu I’ve never noticed significant “bunching” in any color. And while there’s extra crotch material, the waist band is tighter in Sunzel. Positives are you could probably do a high intensity work out in these (lulu aligns are aimed for lounging and yoga, not running or high impact) but these stay up better. The negative being you might want to size up if you’re using these for lounging. I’m between a 4/6 in jeans and typically buy a S/M in non-numbered clothing. I carry more weight in my legs than stomach so for me they’re comfy. If you’re more of a 6/8 or are slightly more top heavy with thin legs or evenly spread, I’d honestly recommend trying the large just to have that comfort in the waist band for lounging. If you use these for working out, but them in your normal size. I’d definitely need a small if I wore these to the gym or for a run.

Not transparent at all, Squat and RDL proof!

I seriously have tired so many different leggings on here that when i ordered these i said to myself if they don't work out im giving up. But these are amazing! (Which is why i’m even leaving a review which i never do) They are thick and very comfortable, the style is very cute and simple, breathable. I did some exercises to test out the transparency, and they are NOT transparent at all. The material is thick. Also im 5’5 about 165lbs-170lbs, i have thick legs and the Large fit me perfectly!

Very soft, but weird seems

I ordered 2 pairs of these leggings in the color black, size small. I got these to work out and do my daily walks in. First off they are in fact buttery soft to the touch which I like. I wash EVERYTHING before use and these did great in the washer. No pilling and they haven't faded yet after a couple washes. The reason for 3 stars is because I don't think these are great for for work outs. The seams in my opinion are in the worse place. These are high waisted to give almost a tummy control effect but then there is this weird seam that cuts right across the middle of your stomach that is not flattering at at all. Then attached to that same seam is another one that runs from the middle of your stomach between your legs giving you a lovely camel toe to show off. I noticed at towards the end of my work outs that they began to sag between my legs which is an absolute pet peeve. To reiterate to work out in I would not recommend, but I plan on pairing these with oversized sweaters/hoodies/ t-shirts or using as my lounge around the house leggings. So if you want to buy these are regular leggings to wear around the house or on errands I would definitely recommend.

Perfect leggings. The waist is great at snatching you in. The leggings are thick enough so there’s no transparency but also very breathable! Never have had any problems with the stitching or fabric! Perfect for working out or lounging!
