This is exactly what I needed. Perfect fit! For those complaining about size, this item is for a glass COOK top and NOT a glass STOVE top. There is slight “odor” out of the box but it dissipates quickly. We do not use it with the hooks. When it is in use, we loosely roll it up a place it in top of the fridge. Once the COOK top cools down we use the lockout safety feature on the cooktop and place the mat on until next use. This gives us extra counter top space and protects the COOK top service

I absolutely love this product. It protects the cooktop when family set something on top of it. Love the hooks to hang it on while cooking.

I have a small kitchen needed the extra counter space but this also served as a hot pad. Has an awful odor but it is getting less noticeable since it has been washed and sitting on the cooktop for a week.

I live in a small house with a small kitchen that has limited countertop area. So, I ordered this glass-top stove cover to be able to use those additional 30+ inches of surface area for kitchen prep. The black blends in and goes well with a black and stainless kitchen. It will have wrinkles from being folded, but those settle with time.

PROS:
1) BONUS: It comes with two gap covers to bridge the gaps from counter top to stove.
2) It's durable with the cloth layer added to the rubber and it's very easy to wipe clean with a damp rag.
3) It provides a good cushion to protect the glass cooktop from damage.
4) The grippy bottom layer keeps it firmly in place. It doesn't slide or shift.

CONS:
1) The included hanging hooks are a nice idea, but who wants to hang a big black stove top cover on their kitchen wall? I get that it keeps the wrinkles out by hanging it, but it will need to be stored out of sight.

Bottom Line: It's a durable, simple, functional way to create more workspace in a small kitchen. Figuring out how/where to store it when cooking is something to figure out, but overall it's a great accessory to have.

Very hard to keep clean. Spots and more spots. It is black, so I cannot say "stains". Otherwise it is good and thick (why it purchased it, to protect the top of the stove---it does that: protects). I cannot get it clean:( So, I just place a large kitchen towel (I made myself) over the top of it. Aesthetically=2 Functionality=5.

We had to upgrade our stove and oven unexpectedly. We had gotten used to the old one that was a bit beat up. Got the protective cover due to our own laziness. It is serving its purpose well. Although it comes with section cup hook we haven’t used them, it stays put. I like the side tracks to prevent debris from getting between oven and counter wall.

I got this neoprene stove top cover to help protect my glass stovetop without realizing how useful it would really be. It is really thick and has a nonslip backing so it absolutely stays put! It fits perfectly with just enough overhang to completely cover the top. I was super anxious about owning a glass top stove and scratching it up, but now with this cover I am confident it will stay safe now. I love being able to put anything hot from the oven and setting it directly on top of the cover and not having to worry. I don’t have a lot of counter space so this helps tremendously. It’s super easy to clean too. It does come with hooks so you can hang it up when you need to use the stove top which is super useful and I appreciate it comes with it so I didn’t have to figure something out for it.I think it’s a must have for anyone with a glass top! I highly recommend one!!

I recently ordered the 30in stove top cover for my new glass top stove. The material is a durable fabric with layers. It's not like the shelf liners or silicone griddle mats. It feels and looks like it is constructed well and its not sticky or tacky feeling. I like the included gap fillers. I had metals one but these will protect the ss finish, easy to clean and they lay more flat than the metal ones. Instead of the loops to hang, I wish there was a flap to wrap around the oven door handle.
