this newspaper is an easy internet read and is even easier with the no ads edition. It is always available when I get up in the morning (6ish).

1.0 out of 5 stars This amazon/kindle newspaper version does not represent the hard copy of USA today at all.

This was a waste of money. The articles are in the same form as they are on disarray website. There is no part of this amazon edition has today that is in hard copy form and the pages are laws out in a manner that is in no way like a newspaper at all. The articles remind me more of how and ebook would be played out. Extremely disappointed in this that I cancelled and asked for a refund. There was no tv listings or crosswords and this was the weekend edition i tried so that is even worse because that is the one is expect that stuff to be included in. There is not much in this e edition that you can't find on cnn.com or elsewhere in basically the same reading format. Extremely disappointed USA today.

3.0 out of 5 stars First online edition for major news outlet

I ordered the single issue instead of the free trial because I had no idea what a digital copy from Amazon would be like. I didn't find the "Table of Contents" hidden away at first... so it was a frustrating initial encounter with the paper. I couldn't get out of the page-by-page format. When I found the list to link from, I went to several of the titles provided. Eventually I realized there were no dates. I had no idea when the articles were written, or the publication date of the paper. I read somewhere that they didn't publish on Sundays so I thought it must be a Friday edition, but there was NO WAY to know for sure. It didn't seem like a real newspaper. I wondered if the "Kindle version" was the reason, that it was formatted like a Kindle book. Ordinarily, I would read USA TODAY in a print version. I think I might prefer a magazine-like format that looked like a newspaper, with photos and headlines to choose from. I don't think I will order another news edition any time soon. I am trying to find a way to get good news information within the limitations of my life right now. Dating seems to be a big issue in a lot of formats. I have just started buying Kindle books, so change may happen in the future... after I discover more options out in the internet world.

USA today is full of interesting and informative articles about current issues both within the US and abroad. An excellent resource for current events, entertainment, and sports. I especially enjoy the bits of information about all US states! Definitely worth the effort to buy and the price is very reasonable.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great on an iPad, very good on Kindle.

I like it, nice to read on a kindle. Photos do not come through and sometimes you can’t tell what the article or quote is about because they say “pictured above says.... “ If on an iPad you can see the pictures etc and it’s great!. All in all good on the Kindle great on the iPad.

1.0 out of 5 stars USA toda

That was a horrifyingly bad experience! I have to think that USA Today PURPOSELY made their web posts unreadable. My niece's middle school newspaper is a more professional presentation. I cannot believe that USA TODAY wanted me to pay for that insult. Seriously, USA TODAY without advertisements is impossible to read __ they force you to scroll thru endless pages with no indication of the next or future subject matter. USA TODAY with advertisements takes forever to download == I have literally fallen asleep waiting for a news article to appear. Please do not waste your money on this.

2.0 out of 5 stars Short, not updated.

I have been pleased with the ability to buy a single copy of a newspaper on my Kindle fire without having to subscribe. The Washington Post, New York Times and other's. But, today I tried USA Today. It took a short time (unlike the New York Times) to read. One story was about the murder of a young black man in Georgia. But, although the killers were finally arrested yesterday. The "current" issue of USA Today said no arrest has been made. That tells me that in the age of the internet that the folks at USA Today don't care enough about putting out an updated paper which I bought with updated money. So, add an un-updated day say old story and short articles and you have zero reason to buy this digital product.

I am thoroughly enjoying this format of USA Today However
I find most article very long... no spacing etc
So if there was a way to chop up features in 2 or 3 parts and give the reader a choice after each part
