5.0 out of 5 stars What a Blast!

Having just gone through no power with Hurricane Beryl in Houston for long periods of time, I decided to get my act together and begin prepping early for whatever may come (which I hope it doesn't). I tested several fans, and they were all versions of awful---too loud, only one way to charge them, or did not blow strong enough.

So of course the one fan I had zero hopes of being good, turned out to be...really good. This thing feels cheap, some would say looks cheap, and doesn't look like it could cool anything down but it's 100% the opposite. Level one is like a very faint breeze, level two, maybe the level of a hand fan, and level three is a strong breeze. My hair was moving back on level 3, so I was quite impressed.

The unit can run on D batteries or USB. You CANNOT use have both in at the same time. If you want to use USB, it must be plugged in, the unit does not charge up so keep that in mind. Thanks to my prepping, I now have an indoor power station and this thing is only 5V, so good to go.

Pros: powerful on level 3, can have it run on a timer, very light weight, low cost, tilt function, it can be taken apart to clean the blades, can run on battery OR USB plugged in. Instruction manual is very thorough giving tips of what to do for maintenance issues and longevity of the product.

Cons: (not really) but I wish it could be charged up on its own without being plugged in, but I knew that before I bought it and level one really is quite low on the air, but everyone is different and that might work really well for you, but I'm buying it for disaster preparedness--power out--no a/c, so I need something strong, and thankfully level 3 is good.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Fans! I’ve bought 4 now!

I was looking for fans to have during an emergency/power outage and these have been perfect! We live in Arizona where it’s not uncommon for a summer storm to knock out power for a few hours to a day. Also when AC goes out or works poorly, it’s big trouble. We have a couple exotic small mammals that need to stay below 80 degrees as well as our own heat triggered health issues. The first fan I purchased worked better than another more popular fan that was double the price! After testing it out I decided to order a second fan for our household and one for my mom. Then ordered a fourth one while on vacation for some air movement during our stay in Utah. While they can plug into a power source, I have been testing them with batteries. I have had the same batteries in this fan for two months mostly on the second speed, sometimes all night or all day. I have been consistently running it for a week when home and still haven’t had to change the batteries. It moves so much air for such a small fan. It sits bed side perfectly and is so portable for in the car, camping/outdoors, vacation, sleep overs, ect. Working well for cooling up to 100 degrees at least. We brought it for a short stay at a friends house. Her daughter is non-verbal and sensory seeking and is obsessed with our fans. She steals it away whenever she can and it’s very easy for her to carry and perfectly sized for her as well. She has given it her own toughness test and it held up shockingly well so I would say it’s very well made. Even though we purchased these switch the idea of emergency use, we have been using them at home to stay cool on the hottest days, for traveling and vacation. I wish I had these when my daughter was younger and still in a car seat to cool down the back seat area or to bring in her wagon.

5.0 out of 5 stars The best lightweight fan especially for the price

This lightweight fan is so powerful!
It’s absolutely perfect. Not too big, not too small.
I can’t believe how much cool air this throws off. It’s almost too powerful if you have it on high and it’s close to you.
You can use it with batteries or plug it in. I like using batteries because it makes it so much more portable. I highly recommend this fan.

I bought this fan to use for a camping trip in the Florida summer. I bought it because it could use D batteries if plug into the wall. Perfect for camping since we didn't have electricity. I was impressed how low noise and powerful this fan was. It honestly saved me during my camping trip!

5.0 out of 5 stars These worked great!

We bought 2 of these for overnight camping in our car. The blue light is a bit bright but can easily be covered by any fabric. The air flow was great with the different fan power options. It’s thin enough to fit places easily, but still give power.

It's a nice compact fan that move the air around it very well. Much more quiet than I thought it would be. Since it's profile it not deep it fits on a shelf, small table or book case very well. This old lady thinks it's a great price and is perfect her needs!

Batteries last a long time in this fan. I use it with rechargeable batteries in Houston Texas and it comes with a USB cord so that it can be used as an everyday desk fan while working on the computer. Very quiet on the low setting as well. Exactly what I was looking for.

5.0 out of 5 stars This little fan is a gem!

We had a week-long, family camping trip during a very hot and muggy week in August. This strong but mighty “little guy” helped me survive. I would take it outside with me, and sit in my reclining lawn chair with the fan blowing right on my face. It’s light-weight, easy to hold. At night, in the camper, I set the fan on a side table right by my head, and aimed it at my face. It’s amazing how much more comfortable you can feel just by keeping your face cool. My grandkids loved it, too, often asked me if they could use it. And, it really helped our newborn grandson feel better, too. Poor little one was not happy with the heat, but calmed down with “fan therapy!” I highly recommend this item!

I put one set of batteries in at the start of the campout, and it’s still going strong now, after more than a week. This is very high quality, and especially for a campout with no electricity available! So glad that I bought one! ????????
