I bought this to replace another LG stereo in which the cd player quit working. This sounds awesome and works like a new one. It really packs a punch as to sound quality and is distortion free. This has been renewed and is thoroughly tested to perform like new. The cd player works flawlessly and the sound is amazing. The radio is easy to program, the auxiliary outputs are great to have as I hooked up a separate radio to it and it handles that like my old unit did. This is truly an awesome stereo.

I want a volume Knob that actually responds to quick volume down, now i have one. Phone rings, reach over, and crank it down without any delay. Pretty much only thing i want my stereo to do. The rest of the features are a bonus. usb, bluetooth, radio, antenna, etc... Recommend

It is a loud system with awesome bass. It has its high points it really does. I used an amplifier that can pick from several inputs to feed into it, and it works very well for my needs right now. I can easily switch between my turntable and my television this way. The red and white RCA jacks on the back were a huge plus for me. The biggest downside is that it is clearly not an expensive stereo. What we might call the "kazoo effect" is very pronounced to me. It definitely has the power to shake the house and make the neighbors ask questions, but as far as nuanced quality we would expect from vinyl for instance it falls very short of what I was looking for. As far as this stereo goes, I would stick to streaming Spotify.

This is my second time purchasing this stereo. The sound quality is excellent and the bass is very strong. I highly recommend purchasing this LG 700 watt stereo.

Damaged box taped up hole when I picked up. 1 speaker top cracked but sound is good so I'm fine with that. CD player won't open after one use. Had to pry open to get cd. Have another LG at work that's works great. Guess I'll switch receiver's out so I can play CD at home. Didn't know it was used. Amazon had a sticker saying thanks for giving this item a second chance. Might not of bought this. No used items next time
