It took me a while to decide if I liked this parchment paper. It's a bigger roll than most, and it's longer than average, so I had to adjust the way I cut to avoid waste. Also, it soaks up grease and oil, which gave me pause. Do I like this feature or not? I finally decided better on the paper than on my thighs : ) I use it primarily in the Foodi, which makes for easy clean up. It also works well for baking. No taste, which may sound strange, but I've tried unbleached/brown paper that added a bad paper bag taste to everything. A great value over other brands. It's lasted a long time.
