The media could not be loaded.
 It only worked well for 3 months before starting to have video output problems. There is only an image when it is first turned on, or in safe mode, but the image looks horrible. I tested it with various cables and even on other TVs, and the results are the same. Unfortunately, I can't return this product because I brought it to Honduras, and it’s impossible that it got damaged during the trip since I never took it out of its original packaging until I arrived here.

I shopped around to find exactly what I wanted. Amazon had the best product and price for exactly what we were looking for, and we were able to get it quickly. It had everything that we needed for my son to play the games he was wanting to play. The renewed products from Amazon are just as good as the new ones you would buy, and are worth the price you pay.

They sent a defective controller with the console when I bought it. On reporting they immediately offered a replacement. After some shipping problems it came and the new one worked fine. The only blemish on their record here is some shipping delays, which was only partially their fault.
