Move into a new apartment and planning to buy a mini dishwasher,I looked at many options on Amazon, most of which require manual water filling with a kettle, and it needs to be done several times. I found this particular model with a unique design—an external, foldable water bucket. This is very convenient because I don't need to refill water repeatedly; I just need to fill the bucket once with enough water to complete the washing. Additionally, the bucket can be used for other purposes when not in use for washing, making it a dual-purpose item.
However, it's important to note that the bucket has a 7L mark, and you need to fill the water at least up to this mark. Otherwise, the machine will give a low water warning during the wash cycle.
In terms of washing performance, it cleans the dishes very thoroughly. My wife also used the drying function and was very satisfied with it.
We did have a minor issue at first, we didn’t add enough water to the bucket, and the machine gave an alert. We contacted customer service, and they responded very quickly, providing detailed instructions on what to watch for. The service was excellent, and I highly recommend this product!
