Battery life not great

I bought it in November of 2022, it's a great product but wish it would last longer since the battery life was gone by August of 2023, didn't even last a year like they're supposed to

I do not have a landline phone. My iPhone is always slipping out of my pocket or I put it down and have a senior moment. Press the button and loud and clear you can hear it. Probably should put it on a lot of other items. Works for my apartment keys as well. Win-win all around.

My blind boss LOVES IT!!

My boss (blind), lost his unlabeled office keys last month. I thought this might help for his replacement set of keys - and he told me this Monday morning that I WAS RIGHT!! [I made sure there were ear-witnesses :) ]
He installed the app & tested over the weekend. Default sound-alert plays music; since he's a former musician, he left that setting as-is.

Tile Mate contacted him, telling of an additional service which issues a warning if one might have forgotten/left home/office WITHOUT Tile Mate key-tag. This service is free for first month - which means unnamed monthly fees afterward. He chose NOT to participate.

Not worth the time

I baught these to secure my keys. OK, I was mad at the product initially per a quirk, the tiles will shut down and sleep if you press them too many times to put them in seek mode as what happened with my initial setup. I let them rest for a while, and they connected to the phone app without issue. They need better instructions but both work fine locating my keys.

Never worked - do not buy

I bought 4 of these and they have never worked. I would have returned them, but just realized the return window closed so I am SOL. Perhaps my painful lesson will be your cautionary tale. I would never buy them. I would rather hire a guide dog to keep up with my wallet and a parakeet to keep an eye on my keys than to buy these stupid, useless things. Oh and my son had them a couple of years ago and they worked great but he couldn't even get them to work. BUYER BEWARE!

Finding my irobot

My robot vac sometimes goes over and beyond his duties. He keeps vacuuming even after his battery is getting low. Then when he can’t tell me where he is, I have to hunt for him. My son suggested getting a tile for him. I’m hoping this will eliminate getting on my hands and knees to look under beds.

When I tell you that my drunk ass has been saved numerous time with this tile attached to my wallet, you better believe. Never did I think that some small, white thing would save me at all, but it does nearly every night I go out. Love this product!
