We had purchased a glass kettle from target but it was extremely noisy and just not aesthetically cute to have. This one is perfect. Not noisy at all! SUPER FAST!!!! & overall so so cute to have in your counter.

I was trying to find a new kettle because I realized that my old plastic one was probably leaching its entire payload of microplastics into my daily tea. It probably won't kill me, but I figured it would be an easy thing to address. This kettle fit the bill perfectly. It looks really great (I've gotten compliments on it!) and the inside is very easy to clean. The only thing I don't like is that, about an hour after using the kettle, the base makes a loud POP noise (sounds like a piece of metal snapping back into regular shape after losing heat, or something like that). If I make a cup too soon before bed, this noise can wake me up pretty easily. But it's really not that big of a deal. Great product!

My wife is an avid coffee drinker to the point where she brings her own coffee maker (including glass carafe) on vacation with us. I got this mainly to use for vacations because she can fit her filters and her over-the-cup filter holder inside it, there's no glass to break, and it would take up far less space and be far more convenient. She ended up liking it so much she uses it at home now instead of the coffee maker. It heats up fast, the water can be *hot*, and it's much easier to brew a single serving. It's been on planes, come with us to hotels in Florida and Mississippi, and will be traveling to Acadia National Park this year. Seems fairly robust. Definitely her most favorite Christmas present last year.

My son and I use an electric kettle multiple times a day, and our last one finally died and I had to purchase a replacement. I was out of town and I had looked at them and decided to have him research and pick it out as he uses it more than I do. This one is not my aesthetic at all, doesn't go with our kitchen, and was on the expensive side, but he said it was the only one that had a 2 prong plug (the outlet this would go in only has a 2 prong outlet), so I made the purchase and had it delivered the same day (fabulous that I had that option!)

He told me it was great. He loves it and has no problem with it. It boils water quickly, it has a pretty large capacity, its design doesn't bother him.

I have a few issues with it, all of these are adaptable, and don't happen with my son, so they might not happen with you. Due to the design of the lid, there is a tiny gap between the lid and base where hot steam can escape when you are pouring the boiling water. If you hold your hand the way I do, this will shoot a tiny bit of hot steam at your thumb. I am already learning not to pick it up that way. I also just don't like the way the whole thing is designed, the lid and how you fill it is awkward, it's a bit brutalist and modern in design, etc. However, I would NEVER have purchased this one on my own in a million years, so take that part of my review with a grain of salt. ;)

My son, who picked this one out, loves it. he has zero problems with it, uses it multiple times a day and is very satisfied.

If I had actually purchased this myself, I would have returned it just based on the lid design.

I like this kettle a lot in terms of style and functionality but it arrived with a flawed assembly, see pics. The bottom of the kettle squeezes part of an internal cord and it’s visible. Not cool. I didn’t notice until after I had used it already. Overall it’s not as sturdy as the brand name kettles but it’s also less expensive and does its job very well.

Beautiful and aesthetic in any modern home. No problems getting it set up, space saving slim design, holds a lot of water and I can make 2 pots of coffee in one shot! High quality hinge won't break anytime soon.

I ordered this kettle because my last one was glass and began to show water spots after some time, no matter how much or well I cleaned it. I liked the aesthetic of this one, as it appeared sleek and clean. I wasn't familiar with the brand but decided it worth a shot and sure enough, was pleasantly surprised upon receiving it. The packaging was simple, nice, and compact. No oversize boxes and fillers - just a well-packed kettle. Clear directions held in a well-designed packet, making for easy keeping. The kettle is easy to prep for use as well (only three rounds of water) and voila! It is a bit louder than my last one but it's equally as fast, plus, it turns itself off the moment you lift it from the heating base (unlike my last one that would begin boiling again the moment you place it back down). I really like it and particularly appreciate its sleek aesthetic, as I keep it on my kitchen counter. I recommend this one!
