Super cute and works great. I have tried it on a variety of different style mugs as well as teas, coffee, and matcha and every time it keeps it warm! Just a heads up to make sure your drink is already decently warm beforehand as this does not heat your drink up if it's already too low in temperature for what you're wanting, it just helps it stay at your desired temp and not get cold!

Doesn’t Heat as Hot as I’d Like

It works okay & keeps my coffee warm but not as warm as I’d like sometimes! I have old ones (over 15 yrs) that keep my coffee warmer than this one! My goto cup doesn’t have a completely flat bottom so that may be the issue!! ????????‍♀️ I just missed the return date so I’ll keep using it…guess I’ll try a flat bottom cup, if I can find one!! ????????

I love this thing and despite what I read in some other reviews, I find that as long as I get my morning coffee on here while it’s semi warm, the plate will warm it up even more. If you’re a weirdo like me and will sip on coffee literally all morning, this is for you. I unplug it completely when not using it because it’s easy to hit the temperature button with work papers etc. and turn it back on

I did buy a small cork hot pad to go under it because it gets so hot that I think it would ruin my desk. Highly recommend buying one of the small natural cork hot pads that is 6 inch diameter because it’s the perfect fit. I found it easily on Amazon as well.

It's okay. It doesn't get hot enough (not matter what mug I use - and I've tried all sorts). Also, the smell the first few days of use gave me a headache. It doesn't smell as bad after about a week of use, but it's just not hot enough. Returning.

I bought two, one for me, one for mother-in-law for Mother’s Day. The one I kept works great, keeps my coffee cup warm as I tend to drink coffee slowly, and I love the simple touch to turn it on. The auto shutoff feature does work and shuts off on its own after four hours, I love that feature. As the directions clearly state, there are four settings, and the power light blinks as it’s cooling down if it’s manually turned off. Highly recommend this product!!

I have this in my home office and love it. It has 3 temperature settings depending on how full your mug is. I have a glss mug, so I can see how much coffee I have left. The one thing that I really like is that when you turn it off the light blinks as a warning that the unit is still hot until the heat dissipates.
