I have been eating these for a few years now. They are the perfect mid-morning snack to hold you until lunch! They are light and not overly sweet.

I bought this for when I need a snack that has a good amount of protein. It tastes so good much better than the protein bars out there. I love the crunch and the almond taste. I would recommend and repurchase.

If you look at the label, it seems like a really good lunch substitute. If you read the indgredients, however, it has corn syrup which adds 7 grams of sugar I believe. If I am reading the label correctly. This is different from a Larabar that uses dates to keep everything combined. Now that makes that bar higher in sugar but not in added sugar. So it's a mixed bag if you believe natural sugars are better than refined. The taste of the bar is good and for the price I got my box for, I would carry this on a hiking trip with some jerky.

Honestly, you can't go wrong with dark chocolate and cherry. The flavor combo is a hit with the family.

If you’re on a Low FODMAP diet beware! These contain chicory root extract (inulin) which is not your friend if you have IBS. I was really sad to see that because they tasted so good. I had the throw them out.
