This cable works fine for connecting my iPad Pro to my Yamaha U1 TA2 (TransAcoustic) piano. This means it will also work with Yamaha silent pianos, and high probability of working with other keyboards as well.
It works for the Yamaha Smart Pianist App, as well as a those Synthesia/keyboard learning apps, and iPad internal midi.
Otherwise it’s rather unremarkable for a USB C to B cable - just does usb cable things.

Well I'm a dummy and didn't read what I was buying. This is a nice B to C cable in quality. I'm not able to testify to it's performance since I didn't mean to buy a B to C. Make sure to double check what you want before you buy!

USB C to USB B is a non standard cable. And this cable does exactly what I was hoping it would do; connect an audio interface to my ipad. Well done, again, Amazon.
