Came vibrating non stop even when not in use. It was a rip off. The analogs are not steady and it is stiff when trying to move around when I’m playing GTAV on the ps5. This was allegedly in premium refurbished state but this is clear a lie and not the truth. My controller is not up to a gamers standard at all. My 9 and 6 year old complains when having to use this controller.

Sent me a brand new controller for basically half price, tested it already and literally no issues so far, only thing I haven’t checked is battery life but so far it hasn’t been an issue.

I ordered this controller for my Grandson because his other controller has stick drift. This is a nice controller but when we received it, it also has stick drift, but they replaced it and everything‘s working fine with her replacement controller. I
