This is a gift for my grandson, and it's the perfect size for him. He will love the simplicity and the fact that it's not overly ornate.

I have an 8" crystal singing bowl in my meditation area that I love, but I didn't want to carry it around the house to wherever I was. This 3" bowl is adorable. I just wanted something for my desk area to help me re-align anytime without feeling like I had to leave my desk. It's so cute. I tap it and pray or tap it and breathe deeply or tap it and visualize and I reset quickly. I'm a ThetaHealing Practitioner so I did feel the need to wipe down all 4 parts with a tissue and some water mixed with my favorite essential oil to make it my own. I do that with many things I bring into my space though. (The 4th part is the little bag it comes in. So cute too.) Carol Nelson

Nicely done, well packed and comes with stuffed cloth doughnut ring for bowl to sit in.
Has a very nice clean tone when struck.
But is really too small to hit and then run around rim.
Just hit and listen to the tone.
Also came with a cloth bag to store.

I like the gong, but the mat smelled so bad. I washed it but I couldn’t dry it properly even with dryer. I had to throw away the ring mat but still using the gong anyways.

There was a time where bells vibration and frequency provides healing.
I used this once and I could feel the vibration and sound entering me. It was a weird feeling but it was so relaxing.
Anyhow, I enjoy this as a form for relaxation and energizing my inner self, and let's not forget the healing effects.
