I just so happened upon this coin without even trying and it is PERFECT as a prank gift for an amicable ex of mine who is almost a sex-therapist, very intelligent and very knowledgeable on the topics of sex. I bought one for him and kept my original since it's a fantastic conversation piece (in the right crowd, lol). Technically its meant to be used as a decision maker but it is so high quality of an item, with 3D design (texture), thick, solid metal, gold colored, and highly polished, it is more of a collector's item than an item I'd actually use. I didn't even know that they made such things, but this is absolutely adorable, if you are not offended by openly addressing this topic. A truly FANTASIC item!!! Buy some!

Men, if we're being honest I think most of us would get a kick out of this coin. Like, hey man, look at this funny thing I found. And if we're being honest I also think most of our wives and girlfriends would throw a fit over it, so use caution.

Now ladies, I know this isn't the type of thing most women would usually buy, but as a man this is the type of gift I wish a woman would give me. Maybe not all men would feel this way though. I'll leave that up to you to decide.

The coin itself is very well made. All smooth edges and shine, and it comes in a plastic coin protector. It's heavy and honestly very nice.

Very interesting collection coin. It comes in a clear plastic cover to protect the coin, but it can be opened and the coin removed.

The embossed pictures on both sides of the coin are very detailed and explicit. The coin has a nice weight to it, so you can actually use it for a coin toss, to determine heads or tails.

As a collection coin it is highly polished and looks and feels very precious.

Comes in a case where you don't really need to take it out, coin itself is about the same size as a US 50 cent piece, and has a lot of detail
