    Unlike some other brands, Genie's Dream meringue powder not point makes an excellent royal icing, it didn't leave a funny after taste. It may be a little more pricey, but the quality is worth it. If you are a cookier or need to make meringues or royal icing, it's worth the cost to get this brand. Highly recommend!

    I use this brand to make all my royal icing. It is super easy to follow the directions and makes great consistency with good taste. It has never failed me yet! It makes great icing!

    This meringue powder is perfect. I follow the recipe on the bag and it comes out great every time. I use it to make royal icing for decorated sugar cookies.

    I just switched to this brand from Americolor. My original cookie training classes encouraged Americolor and I stuck with it. The price of Americolor seemed to go up and the quality went down IMO. I had more chunks left undissolved in Americolor. I saw so many good reviews on Genie's dream so I tried it and I will not go back. It is pricey but if you want tasty cookies then I highly encourage this

    I loved this meringue powder for making my royal icing. Directions were clear and explicit and there was no weird taste. Set nicely in Texas humidity.

    I purchased this meringue powder on the advice of several cookie decorating websites. I usually use real egg whites, but wanted a safer alternative (and not to have all those egg yolks left over). This powder worked well, and didn't have a strange flavor or leave any after taste. I also used a recipe with corn syrup for the first time. The cookies turned out great. The powder mixed in well and I had no problems.

    The only con I have is the cost. For one batch of frosting you use 4-5 tablespoons of powder. The bag says 10 "portions" of 1/3 cup.
