This Pepperidge farm soft baked lemon sugar cookie is wonderful! It has a mild lemony flavor, which is genuine lemon by the way, not artificial, in a soft, not overly sweet sugar cookie! It goes well with tea or coffee. Even children like it. It’s not a hard lemon cookie as I’ve been purchasing in the past. I wish they would come in a larger package because they disappear immediately! They came unbroken in proper packaging with an excellent expiration date. You can rarely find them in stores, however, they were here on Amazon. They’re worth a try.
