We have ordered from Wisconsin cheese 3 times and all have been great. Both of rate them higher than the more well known companies. We will be enjoying them again going into the New Year.

One thing I'll point out is there wasn't any sort of gift-ish box with my order. Granted, I hadn't ordered one, but I wasn't expecting to find them just loose in the box either. If I were buying this as a gift, I wouldn't be pleased with that. Since it was just for myself, it didn't bother me.

I found the sausges delicious, though I enjoy summer sausages. The garlic flavor left a bit of an aftertaste, but the mesquite was a nice change of pace that I'll order again. I picked up the 9 piece sampler, which includes one more cheese than sausage.

The chesses were delicious; I ate the colby like it wasn't even there. The brick took me by surprise; the first taste is almost tasteless like provolone, then turns into a deep cheddary flavor. I was quite impressed. Both cheddars were good as well, I'd just have liked to see a ten piece version with 5 of each in the future, as I ran out of beef before I ran out of cheese.

I have ordered from this company previously and the product and delivery was great.
This year the product was great, but delivery was not. One order took about a week (as expected) the other order took 3 weeks. Both orders were made within 5 minutes of each other. So, this did not make sense.
