I sent these to my son and his wife as a birthday present. He was "blown away" to be able to fill his freezer with gourmet meats (I bought it during a "special", which included 8 free sirloin steaks to the package, plus free shipping). He has a Traeger grill and has used it to cook steaks for his friends and family. They all agreed that the steaks are delicious and TENDER! Obviously high quality. I will order some for myself!
