I like Hickory Farms products and since they are not available year round in our mall I turn to Amazon. I love to host parties and use these products on my charcuterie board. Goes great with crackers and cheeses.

This sausage is just crap. No taste, and fell apart in my mouth when eating it. Does not taste spoiled, but there is NO structure, none. Never to buy again. I may ask for my money back

I’ve ordered them before with no issues and I was really craving them. The date was good, but all three summer sausages were rotten - mushy and rotten. They went right in the trash. No replacement needed; I won’t be craving them again for a long time.

The box it was in they pack with small frozen ice packs. It didn’t work it was a hot day. I threw them all away because ice packs didn’t work at all
