Wasn’t sure what to expect but this stuff is really good! The smoky chili flavor is delicious with the right amount of heat. It’s totally addicting- I wanted to eat the whole bag in one sitting! Texture is similar to traditional beef jerky. Wish it came in a resealable bag, but not a deal-breaker.

Love finding healthy, high-protein snack options to keep things interesting. This will definitely be added to our regular shopping list!

I highly recommend UNLIMEAT Premium Vegan Jerky, Korean BBQ Flavor. I have tried various kinds of regular jerky and some varieties of plant-based jerky and never really been satisfied with their consistency or flavor. This jerky has a great blend of some spiciness and some sweetness. Also, unlike some jerky I have tried it has body but isn’t tough or rubbery. A friend suggested that I try this after hearing me complain about my lack of options to carry on to a plane for longer flights at a time when airline “meals” are pathetic. I will be sure to carry a couple of packages in my carry-on to provide a tasty alternative or supplement the power bars on future flights. I will also be sure to add it to my backpack when hiking. This jerky would also be an excellent choice to add to your mix of camping or hiking snack supplies. However, I also intend to use the Korean BBQ jerky at home for an occasional snack treat.

It has a wonderful texture, and a very satisfying chewy feel, but something about the flavor is a little off. I got the Korean BBQ and it's a little fake-sweet, and it kinda ruins an otherwise good meat alternative. Maybe another flavor is better?

This is the first time I have tried a vegan jerky, and I must say it was a pleasant surprise. Even though I am not a vegan, I found this to be enjoyable and a great snack option.
The flavor is fantastic and it offers a delightful taste that stands out from traditional meat jerky’s. It’s chewy and satisfying with a meaty quality to it.
One improvement I would suggest is updating the packaging to be resealable. This jerky has an addictive quality to it, and once you open the bag, you may find it hard to resist eating it all at once, but if you can stop yourself, a resealable bag would help keep it fresher for longer.

I normally do not write reviews, who has the time. But it irks me when companies make false claims so I am calling out this company for saying the product has 31g of protein. It only has 22.5g - that is for the whole packet. Per serving it is 9g and there are 2.5 servings making it 22.5g.
To top it off, it tastes pretty bad - I ordered the smoky chili flavor. And the product is not all natural - it has artificial flavors which was not mentioned in the ingredient list on Amazon. But I can see this on the package.

Update: I changed the star rating from 2 to 1 because Amazon won't allow me to return this product and it does not have a process for to log a false advertisement complaint. I finally called my credit card company to intervene since I do not want others to be misled the way I was.

This is one of the best vegan jerkies I’ve ever had! A little high on the carbs than I would prefer but overall good flavor and texture! FYI Very high on sodium if that is something you’re watching.

My biggest and probably my only genuine complaint is the cost. This is something I can’t subscribe to or want to spend money on routinely for the little amount you get.

I had my doubts. Took me a while to give it try.
But boy what a great response I had from my office party!

I usually buy my jerkeys at Safewa or Costco. Same ol' same stuff.
I wanted a bit more excitement. After searching in Amazon, I read some good stuff about this Premium Vegan Jerkey. I had to try but I also wanted opinions and reviews from my snack sharing co workers.
Boom! it was instant hit from the picky snackers! Especially the ladies!
The texture, the taste, the smell and most importantly, the kick!
So I'd say, the brave gets the good stuff. Might as well give it a shot and you might find the next best snack!!

I normally do not eat plant-based or meatless alternatives but this product is surprisingly good! My favorite is the spicy chili, just enough heat and spice. It taste and eats like traditional Jerky.

I would highly recommend this jerky to vegan and meat eaters alike.
