This thing is totally cool and very functional. It's small and compact, but super bright. It clips onto a keychain or whatever your preference is, and the light turns on when you disengage it from it's little magnet base. Return it back to the magnet base clip to turn off the light. The little magnet is super strong and secure. My favorite little gadget I bought on Amazon all year. I've ordered 2 more since. Awesome value for money.

I "stole" my wife's older version of the Olight Mini and I loved it! When it finally conked out, I got this version. It's easy to use, easy to recharge, and is more versatile than the original Additionally, the magnet is quite strong -- I have no worries about losing the part that disconnects. I got the green one and it looks great! Recommended.

The Olight Mini 2 has quickly become a staple in my everyday carry and camping setup. This compact flashlight is incredibly reliable, with a sturdy build and easy-to-use design that makes it perfect for just about any situation. I appreciate the adjustable brightness settings—it’s dimmable enough to avoid blinding anyone but still packs a punch when you need it. Plus, the USB charging feature means I can recharge it practically anywhere, which is a huge plus on long trips. All in all, I love this little light.

As the title of my review suggest.. you just cant go wrong with their products. 50 lumens is more than enough light for 99% of the situations most people would need a flashlight for, in my opinion. It's not blinding, but absolutely bright enough to get most jobs done.

The charging for this flashlight is clever, just using a USB charger built into the tail end of the device. The only downside to charging this device is you have to guess when it's charged or where it's at in the charge as there is no light indication or anything to let you know how far along the charge is or if it's done charging. There is also no indication or anything to let you know how much charge is left when using it so you pretty much know it needs charged once it's too late and already dead. But in my opinion, that's really the only downside to this flashlight.

It has a lanyard hole in the USB charging portion on the tail end for added convenience. I attached a carabiner to mine and have it clipped only my EDC backpack so it's always conveniently in reach for whenever I may need it.

The magnetic tail cap is just awesome. Pull it off to turn the flashlight on for instant use and just let the magnet do it's job to turn it off and reattach it. Genius design and the magnet has a VERY strong hold so you'll feel safe and have peace of mind that you won't lose it and it won't fall off.. but not too strong that it's an issue using it.

If you're looking for something like this for an EDC.. I'd say pull the trigger. It's pretty awesome. Cheers!

I honestly didn't expect to like this light so much. the light is bright, the magnet holds the light on with no problem it isn't going to slip off. If you just need the light for a couple seconds you can pull the light away from the mount a few mm and the light comes on then just let go and the magnet sucks it back into the mount and turns the light off. When you need to take it all the way off there have been lots of times that its small size makes it convenient eg: getting between or in tight area's etc. I use the light a lot and the battery life seems really good! so far I charge it every 3-5 months charging is easy except that you have to take it off of your keyring. I use easy release latches on my keyring to make that easier. after you take it off of the keyring just plug it into your usb port on your pc or the usb on your cell phone charger. This is the best little light I have ever owned, Usually I am not the type of person to like extra stuff on my keyring I do not like big heavy key rings but this light will always be on my ring!!

This is a cool little light. The light part is separate from the base & held by a strong magnet. You pull the light part out to turn it on. I would like to have a way to turn it on without removing it, because I just keep it in my pocket, but it works for my purposes. It is very heavy duty metal. It recharges easily, but it runs down pretty quickly. I use it the 3 or 4 times I take my dogs out & usually have to charge it after the 4th night. Also, mine has a loose bulb or something because sometimes it is like 1/2 power & I tap it with my finger & it pops on full power. This happens about 1/2 the time I use it. I suspect because I keep it in my pocket. Recommended though. It's cool & so tiny. Great for landyard or keychain use. I bought one for my engineer cousin as a gift. He'll love it.

I like bright lights but this design is too neat to pass up. It's perfect for my motorcycle keychain. Tiny, light, easy and quick to use, and just bright enough.

It's quick to get light where you need it. Small enough to be unobtrusive and bonus you can easily use your mouth to hold it if needed

I typically keep my keys on a carabineer on my belt loop so to get this light on action is just a pull.

The only downside I can think of is the internal battery will die one day and I'm sure it's not easily replaced or perhaps even impossible. But it wasn't expensive and hopefully by the time that happens they will have a better brighter or longer lasting version

It's low lumen andow run time but that's completely expected with its size

Got this little light on a whim after seeing someone talk about it. It's pretty awesome. Charged right up. It's very bright for being so small. It's got a strong magnet. Super handy and doesn't add too much bulk to my pocket (I have it on my keychain).
