The bat and balls worked pretty well for our grandson, but the fold out stand had mis-installed rivets that fell apart on the very first use. Oddly, the rivets were installed in a way that deformed the plastic so that it seemed to work. No doubt this will be a short lived toy but he'll enjoy it as long as it lasts.
Surprisingly, the extending bat worked much better than I expected and the balls worked out well even when wet from being in the pool.
UPDATE: The company reached out to us and offered a full refund even though it was after the 30 days. Added a couple of extra stars for the great customer service. Would buy from this company again.

Also had to heat the red T ball holder in hot water to stretch it as it is the same size as the pole and wouldn't fit over without stretching it. Don't really need the red T ball holder, the ball sits fine on the post without it.
