Received the product sooner then was expected, unfortunately it did not work. Reached out to customer service and dealt with Lynn who was AMAZING! She tried everything in her power to see if we could fix it but unfortunately nothing worked. I did request a refund instead of just replacing it as we decided to just old school(ish) it and do our laundry at the laundromat. Thank you Lynn for your hard work!
