My 9 year old started a violin program. The first one we received the sound post had fallen out. This company was absolutely amazing in doing an exchange! The second violin came in and is amazing!!!

For the price point I am feeling better than I was on receipt. Tuning is better and requires only minor adjustments. I'm also pleased at the customer service I received. While I am unsure if I would recommend it, I don't feel like the initial review was completely accurate of my ongoing experience.
Original notes: Body feels cheap, won't tune out of the box and G string broke straight away.
