I eat meat and I love this product. It is so easy and inexpensive. I enjoy it alone or heated in a skillet. I'm sure it could be scrambled with some eggs too. It is ready to eat so I often just heat it in the microwave and them smother it in Kraut! Yum. I haven't tried the other two varieties as the sweet & savory has plenty of spice for me. The other two contain red peppers.
