Promised in Blood is the second book in Sadie’s paranormal world and it follows Forged in Blood. These books are to be read in order since they do end on cliffhangers!

Oh my gosh!! Where do I begin with PIB!! It was everything and more!! This book picks up where the Forged left off with Alexandros and Ophelia bonded and well let’s just say it was ????????!! Ophelia is then taught she needs to learn how to control her powers/emotions and Alexandros and the boys start teaching her how while trying to keep what she is a secret. Being bonded with 4 vampires but especially the most powerful one to ever walk the earth, keeping her a secret will come at a cost as continue to read on. New characters are introduced and WOAH…the plot gets so so much more interesting and sooo good!!

When the murders of other creatures on campus start to occur, House Drako and the other houses come together and it is then when Alexandros confided with them what Ophelia really is. “But there is one who can save the fates of all. For the child borne of fire and blood, Shall be our ruin or our redemption. An ancient prophecy. A betrayal so deep it will echo through eternity.”

Ahh I love the character development between Ophelia and the 4 vampires. But once again…it’s Alexandros and Ophelia I’m rooting for!! Their scenes, his dominance over her is ????????‍????????????!! I’m not EVEN going to touch on how this book ends…I’m still trying to wrap my head around it. Be warn, it does end on a cliffhanger. I can’t highly recommend this series enough!! It’s so so good!!

This is a fantastic story ending on a cliffhanger, the characters are fantastic and their love for one another is fantastic excellent and interesting.

This was so good! More secrets are revealed and there are some wild twists and turns! I could not put this book down!! Be prepared, this ends on a cliffhanger that will have you begging for the next book!

Absolutely loved this spicy second book in the series. Cannot believe i have to wait until march to read the final book. It is killing me. The characters have become even more entangled and closer. Love Ophelia and her men. Her friends are also so integral to her life now.

I don’t even know where to start with this review. I normally hate trilogies I’m very impatient but Sadie made it work as usual. We pick up right where born in blood left off. Ophelia has bonded with Professor Drakos and our pink hair elemental has questions and is excited. She’s on her way to fully knowing and understanding what that means and most importantly she has a family.

This book has intrigue, conspiracies, spice (oh Mrs Kincaid did not come to play). I’m excited for the next part.

I’m hoping the next book starts out good or I may not read it. The ending of this book is heartbreaking! Almost couldn’t read the last chapter… i never seen this coming.

I'm at a loss for words. I read so slow because I didn't want it to end. I didn't want to see that what I was assuming to be true. Alexandros, Axl, Xavier and Kai's lives will never be the same since being bonded with Ophelia. She completes this family. This book as with Forged in Blood draws you in and consumes you. You become a fascinated with the characters and can't help but wonder when the shoe will drop. My stomach is in knots after reading the last chapter and I'll be anxiously waiting for the 3rd and final book. I might have also ugly cried too????????
Suspense, betrayal and a love and bond so deep for each other that can only be broken by one thing...

So good! I hate I have to wait so long for the final installment. There are some things that still need to be flushed out but the final book should wrap everything up nicely.
