It arrived perfectly packaged and in great condition. Did not expect this level of quality these days with all the junk out there. I did not want to see the screws so I had to reposition my exhaust hood in front of it and angle grind my countertop with a cutoff wheel to slip the flange in to hide the screw holes. Worked out beautifully!

We installed this behind our new range. It's visually pleasing and it's easy to keep clean. The knife holder and accessory hooks keep everything handy. The shelf is great for things you use all the time

Ordered this after another brand similar arrived looking like an opened tin can from shipping damage. This one also has a magnetic knife holder vs a badly designed "knife holder". Packaged with wood protecting sides against shipping damage. Fits perfect and is well made.

A lot of Amazon products are hit or miss. We are very pleased with this. Aside from the screw alignment being a bit wonky, it really is nice and looks great.

The back splash looks great with my new stove. I like the clean lines. The shelf and bar for hanging my measuring cups is a nice feature. It was packed in a wooden frame with additional Styrofoam to keep it from bending or getting scratched. It was well-worth the price!

Works perfectly! I worried that hanging the utensils would cause them to get hot when using the gas range. They do get warm but you can still use them. Easy to keep clean. I didn't use the magnetic knife bar. I mounted it in a different spot. Would definitely recommend!

Delivery arrived quickly. Packaging in good shape, no signs of damage, wooden packing in good shape, no signs of damage. Once removed from packaging, unit is in 2 pieces, a front/outer and back/inner. Tack welds broken, spray foam type glue between panels split, corner of mounting edge buckled. Pretty obvious it was packed this way. Can't send back without holding up tile work and completing the kitchen, Client cant wait. Hopefully I can fix. Buyer Beware. Video record unpackaging.
