A friend of mine received these as a gift and demo'ed one for me recently. I decided then and there I wanted it! I ordered two of these, not realizing they came in a 2-pack, but I'm keeping both sets for backup so when one is charging, I'll have the other still available. It has three heat settings, and the highest one is more than most can handle. Setting 1 or 2 is plenty warm. It charges with a USB-C cord - supplied, and comes out of the box already charged and ready to use. No need to even read the instructions. Just hold down the power button for a couple seconds and it starts, and then press the power button repeatedly until you get to the desired heat setting. It comes with a lanyard for each warmer and a fabric pouch to use while you're using it. Heat lasts a good long while. What a useful, simple device for cold winter days! I'll be using them inside my gloves for walking the dog. It's even great for just warming your hands while sitting around the house! Highly recommended!

I bought these for an elderly relative who has poor perfusion, so their hands are constantly cold. They have loved using these, even though they are not tech savvy. They are easy to charge and hold their charge well. There are 3 warmth settings, but the lowest setting is more than adequate, which is good for battery use. They are compact enough to slip inside gloves, but also generate enough warmth to penetrate through gloves. They are magnetic, so hold together nicely when not in use. And the carry straps are great because not everyone can stoop down to pick them off the floor if they drop them.

Now after 11 months of use, one of the hand warmers developed a swollen battery and this pushed the casing apart. With the 12-month warranty, customer support was excellent with getting this replaced with a brand new pair; they were quick to respond and knew how to make this good. We've enjoyed these that we bought a second pair too!

First, let me say that these things work. They are easy to charge, and so far the battery life seems very good. I put one in a shirt pocket, another in a pants pocket and went for my usual 4 mile walk in lower 30s temps, and i was very comfortable using only 1 (out of 3) dots of power - lowest setting. I gave these 4 stars instead of 5 because I bought them for glove warmers; i have a real problem with my hands getting cold. For that purpose, they are less than ideal for two reasons. First, while they will fit in my gloves and it is possible to use them as glove warmers, they take up almost my entire palm, so holding anything, even a mug of coffee, is very difficult. Second, only one side of the warmer gets warm (the curved side - black on my model). That’s okay, because having the warm side down next to bare skin in the glove is actually too hot, uncomfortably hot. Putting the white (flat) side next to my skin and letting the colored side just warm the glove worked fine - except for the difficulty in holding anything. Bottom line - as pocket warmers, they are great. As glove warmers, not so much. But I’m still glad I bought them and on my cold winters’ walks, they’ll be a much appreciated aid.
