    I am so happy that Angel finally got his happy ending. He is the sweetest person, but not a pushover. Mikhail found that lesson out right quick. He initially seemed like a selfish person, but as you learn his backstory, you realize that couldn't be further from the truth. Angel built his own family just by being kind to everyone. I loved all the visitors he had from home. I seriously thought Diablo would get his saws out, but he learned the truth. I am really loving this series. Can't wait for Luca and Viktor.

    So right from the get-go I feel like Angel is very gullible and very naive I also feel that there are some tension between being the marriage that it is I think Angel is going into it thinking a totally different thing and thinking it was going to be happily ever after from the very beginning I feel that it turned into a enemies to lovers real quick and Malik had so much on his shoulders that I feel like he just couldn't he was the Brody grumpy mafia guy and I feel like that was to a t on how he was described and portrayed also the mafia roll in this book in the plot is very well laid out I do feel that you get side points from other characters and I feel like those little cameos of those characters made more of you wanting to get involved in this series so that was something I really enjoyed but for me the reason it was a four is because I expected more spice and spice was about two to two and a half I couldn't really give it a three or three and a half I just couldn't because it just didn't have that much I will say though when the spice happens it's done tastefully but it wasn't the spice I thought there would be considering it's a mafia and considering the enemies to lover's vibe that they had you would think with all that tension it would just be off the charts. So that's why I gave it a four star I definitely though love her work I so I'm excited to see what she does next.

    I couldn’t wait for Angel’s story. He’s so caring, but fierce. Mikhail made lots of mistakes and Angel did not allow any of it.

    My favorite thing was how much mikhails men loved Angel, calling him little husband.

    I absolutely loved Angel’s story. He for sure dug deep and karma was his friend. I laughed so hard a in a few places. A must read!

    This is book 2 in the Unexpectedly Twisted series.

    I've been waiting for Angel's book since I read Diablo and when I tell you I dove in head first and didn't come up to breath until the end, just know it was worth the wait!

    This book picks up after Angel and Mikhail get married. Angel expects the happily ever after with Mikhail, but what he ends up getting is an absent husband. Left on his own, Angel takes to exploring his new house and quickly becomes friends with everyone. Everyone seems to love him except for his husband. But that doesn't deter one bit! He makes his new life HIS! He decorates, cooks, and even builds his own garden. He's the definition of "I don't need a man, I can do it my self!"

    Mikhail has his own secrets that he tries to keep from Angel, but when Angel's family comes for a visit, they slowly start to expose themselves. Mikhail shifts gears when he (finally) realizes how amazing Angel is, and we get that classic Cora Rose spice!!

    This is a different and fun take on enemies to lovers! I love Angel's determination throughout the book to make the best of his life and his hilarious ways of making Mikhail jealous! Oh, and I also loved EVERY SINGLE time Bane appeared! I can't wait for his book!

    His Prince is the first mm mafia romance that I have had the pleasure to read! Despite the marriage being arranged Angel believes that he and his new husband are in love, however, that idea shatters on their wedding night when he is left alone with a broken heart and enough time to think of ways to make his new husband regret tossing him aside so easily. Mikhail is disillusioned with the life that he has to lead, being the front man of the Ivanov family is exerting he is has had his trust broken one too many times to allow another person into his heart unguarded.. but if his sassy husband happens shatter his walls and bring warmth back into his life, who is to blame him if his heart starts to beat a little faster than it has ever done before.

    His Prince is a standalone book that is apart of an interconnected series. I did not read the first book in this series and had to know knowledge of the characters that made an appearance but that did not stop me from enjoying the book, but it did leave me wanting to go back to read the first book because the characters that make an appliance such as Bane, is not someone I am willing to part with yet. I loved the chemistry between the two characters, no matter how much they wanted to hate each other they could not stay out one another orbit. Mikhail is stern and underestimates his husband until he learns first hand how petty and mischievous he can be, and I strive to be the level of chaotic that Angel is. The development of the characters of the course of the book was well paced and not forced. There is a small element of mystery in this book that will grab your attention and trying to figure out who is behind the Ivanov family betrayal.

    If you love mm and mafia romance, with lovable chaotic character, and plenty of spice.. this book is for you!
