I must say I was a little skeptical and nervous to make such a large purchase online so I did tons and tons of research and settled on this chair. We got the chair because I was having severe back pain. After using the chair, it relieved so much of the pain. I love the different modules that are offered the only thing that I wish they offered a backlight to the remote control. You have to have light in order to change the settings. other than that it is absolutely perfect!

I would encourage anyone with back pain down through your glutes to try this chair. It is definitely worth every penny. The zero gravity setting is awesome. It’s like being suspended in a huge cotton ball.

I also like the airbags that help with circulation in the arms and legs in the foot rollers are fantastic. I wish the upper roller is near the neck could be adjusted a little more or maybe they can and I just don’t know how lol.

We have this chair in our living room because it couldn’t fit in our exercise rooms, so be sure to measure your doorways to make be sure it fits. I purchased the cover separately to keep over it so that dust doesn’t accumulate on it. The chair was extremely easy to assemble, just needed to connect the leg to the chair itself it was very very easy to do. it is fantastic.

I wish they offered an operations manual that I explained in detail the description various settings. A handbook via hard copy or online would be great. We are so happy with this chair. My husband works very long hours and usually will come home and unwind and sit in the chair just before settling in for bed. It’s so convenient.

At first my husband thought that it was really expensive, but when I told him how much I was paying to go to the chiropractor and followed by a full body massage. We quickly figured the chair would pay for itself. And it has. Followed by a full body massage. We quickly figured the chair would pay for itself and it Has.

So if you’re on the fence about purchasing this chair, I say go for it sit back choose your settings connect your bit your phone to the Bluetooth and relax. The speakers are great. Everything is wonderful. Be blessed!

Real Relax Massage Chair., Full Body, Zero Gravity, SL-Track, Shiatsu Massage Recliner Chair with foot roller heat, bluetooth. It was delivered to front door 8/29/23. They will not bring it inside unless you specifically order the moving inside to specific spot. It was not too heavy and two people can move it. It's all a very straight forward operation touch pad. The leg extension is basically, push-out with your feet. It's light, medium, hard massage, 0 gravity if you choose it. It has a blue base light strip along the side, so if you turn off lights for relaxation, you still have low-lighting for vision. There are other operations for speakers, etc that we have not explored as of yet. Mine was a tad under $1000. at that time and worth every penny! Wait for sales or holidays for best purchase ops. The light beige and navy go well with our gray furniture in the den. It is exact to the posted picture. It is fairly quiet and we are happy with our decision to start off with a way less expensive one first. Read lots of reviews and write down the features that you like or don't need, etc. Especially read ALL of the details on size, weight, length, price point, warranty AND is it Free delivery with Free returns?. The biggest part when looking at reviews is how many bad compared to good, because you will always have product issues with most anything electronic/shipping/handling. See which ones have what you need, with the least issues. This is definitely, so far, a great buy for us.
4/3/24. Still looking and working great! No complaints. Wish the touch pad lit up in a dimmed room.

I don't write many reviews but I found it necessary to write one about this very good massage chair. I have been looking for a massage chair for over a year and researching various brands. I went to my local massage share store here in Las Vegas and test drove many models. I found one that I really liked under the Osaki brand, model, Maestro LE however it was far too expensive and I did not want to pay over $6,000 for a massage chair even with it being on sale. I did more research and came across this brand and model. after looking at over 50 videos on it and hundreds of reviews from buyers here on Amazon I decided to give it a try. To my surprise the chair is very comparable to the Osaki brand and I only paid about $1,400 for it. I really like the movement of the rollers and the zero gravity. The chair has good pressure on the airbags and does not crush you like some other brands I've tried. I also like the app that comes with the chair where you can control it from your phone which in my opinion is a lot better than the console controller that sits on the arm rest of the chair. I like that the chair is somewhat slim and fits in the corner of my room very nicely.

Some draw backs about the chair is it doesn't really massage your ankles The airbags inflate near them but doesn't really give a good massage or apply pressure there which is a place that I have arthritis. Also the instruction manual is a bit vague when it comes to controlling the chairs various settings. basically I just had to try each setting and kind of figure out what it did from there and which was best for me. Other than those issues they were not deal breakers I really do like this chair and I'm so glad I purchased and family also loves it as well. The chair is a really great value for the money, it gives a really good massage. In my opinion this chair will not replace the hands of a human when getting massage but it's almost the next best thing. So If you're in the market for a reasonably priced massage chair that gives a great massage and has nice features don't hesitate to get this one.
