5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for including children in the kitchen

Our children love this step. It is easy for them to climb up. The steps have good grip, so they don't slip while helping. Our kids like the safety bar that swings down to help them feel safe and secure while helping at the counter.

The step is easy to wipe down and clean if it gets messy. It also folds flatter than other kitchen helpers we have used. It is relatively light and sturdy enough for an adult to use which cuts down on the amount of steps/kitchen helpers you need to store (especially if you are short and need to reach upper cabinets).

Love this product! We got it so my toddler can help around the kitchen. Most of the toddler towers are well over $100 and this one is very well priced. It’s heavy duty, easy to get out, folds easily and stores very snug. Took my husband minutes to put it together.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best and simplest kids tower!

I've had a few toddler towers. Including different hacks of pieces and this is by far the simplest and best. Stable and very easy to fold up and put away when not needed. This was a big plus to the other kids similar steps because it does not sit there taking up the kitchen space when it's not needed. Highly recommend! Normally I would go with a wood version but this was much sturdier and better quality than I expected. Great buy! I would recommend it more for toddlers and using without the safety bar but it probably works just as well otherwise.

5.0 out of 5 stars Ideal Step Stool for Toddlers

The COSCO 2-Step Kitchen Stepper has been a fantastic addition to our daily routine. My toddler uses it every morning to brush his teeth, and it's the perfect height for him to reach the sink comfortably. The step stool is sturdy and feels very secure, giving me peace of mind. It also folds away easily, making it convenient to store when not in use. It's a practical and reliable product that has made our mornings much smoother.

We have a small house and everyone I know has those wooden learning towers for their toddlers. I know there are some that fold but they didn’t seem practical enough for me. I like to buy products that are as multi-use as possible. I’m so glad I saw this on Instagram before I bought a learning tower for my 14 month old. We use this when brushing his teeth, washing his hands, and so he can watch us cook.

    Pros:
    - It’s light
    - it folds open and closed easily with one hand
    - Slim profile when closed
    - no assembly needed
    - There are fairly wide gaps around all sides of the standing area. This may not seem like a pro, but it is to me because it’s a good opportunity to teach my little about risks and safety.
    - Safety bar locks securely, the person who posted a video of the bar coming off did not seem to have lock it correctly.
    - I LOVE that I can also use this to get things from high shelves. The wide step area makes me feel secure.

    Cons:
    - doesn’t lock when folded. We don’t have an issue with it opening up when folded, but I think it would be safer if it locked when closed.
    - This thing slides easily. Really no grip on the feet. I don’t know if this is somehow intentional so if a child pushes it, it will slide instead of tip over.. but my little is excitable and when he jumps in it will slide a bit (though I guess another opportunity to teach about safety) and sometimes it slides a little when he tries to climb on it. Not a huge issue because I can just buy grip pads for the bottom.
    - There is a Velcro strap that keeps the safety bar strapped to a side bar, but it’s kind of inconvenient to use because you have to wrap it around both bars. You would definitely want it to be strapped when your child is climbing on and off, but it’s not quick. Bad explanation - but you can see in the photo and video.

Overall, I really like this and even with the cons, I would still buy the same one!

We got this for our daughter so she could easily reach the kitchen and bathroom sinks and also “help out” in the kitchen. I love the bar that snaps into place so that she doesn’t fall backwards. I also like that it’s foldable so it’s easy to store when it’s not in use. It’s also very easy to clean and wipes down nicely. We haven’t had any issues with it tipping over, it’s been quite sturdy for her so far.

Absolutely awesome! Love that is folds and it’s super bulky, my babes loves the independence this stool offers. It’s sturdy, easy to clean and use on the daily! I even use it to sit if I’m making food or can’t reach something. Very helpful even when my little one outgrows it I will use it!

We use this multiple times a day for my toddler in the kitchen. I love how well it stores and how easily it folds out. The bar that's meant to keep them from falling is very easy to come undone, which my toddler undoes all the time, so we don't even bother with it anymore. But it's fine since we keep it folded up and the tower is only in use when we are in the room. So far it has held up well and we plan on keeping this for a long time.
