    We homeschool and this was an awesome addition. It also connects to a computer and you can see things on a bigger screen. My kids were scavenging and finding things just to look at them. Bugs were quite shocking for them close up (bahaha). It is a great learning tool for inquisitive minds. Good price. Works great for us.

    Updated review: company shipped a free replacement microscope that did not have the charging issues. My daughter is thrilled to have one that works and plays with it every day.

    I've even had fun with it, looking at common objects and learning what they look like up close. It's very easy to use and my 5 year old has no problems focusing it. This is one of the best $30 purchases I remember making. Great customer service helps a lot too.

    We had a ton of fun with this at first.

    But then when we went to charge it, it wouldn't charge. We tried the included usb-c cable, other cables, other outlets, etc. Nothing.

    Really disappointing because this was a lot of fun but only got a couple days use before it became useless.

    Pretty cool. Zooms in close on things so you can for instance see the compound eyes on an ant. Wish it were a little more powerful but for the money this thing is great fun.

    The magnification isn't that strong but easy enough to use & delight my 4yr old. works as video & camera. mp3 mp4. uses common micro SD card & rechargeable!
