    Our son is 4 years old and he loves playing music. We wanted to get him something that’s less like a toy and closer to a real instrument. After hours of research, we decided this keyboard is excellent for our son because,
    1/ it is a fully functioning keyboard that even my wife enjoys playing
    2/ is is lightweight and portable, so we can take it out to the park
    3/ the volume range is very dynamic, so you can play it quietly at home or loudly outside
    4/ the build quality and material selection is excellent and strong
    5/ sound quality is very good

    If you hear the sound coming out of this keyboard, you will not believe it’s made for kids. The sound quality is definitely comparable to other high end keyboards. Considering how much it costs, this is a really good value for the money you pay.

    The compact size keyboard is good for young kids just starting to learn. The keyboard is compact because the keys are narrower, not standard size. The sound quality was good but the sound volume always starts out very loud when the keyboard is turned on. The sound volume does not remain at the last setting after the keyboard is turned off. It's not a defect, it's just how they are made. I had read reviews about other manufacturer keyboards that do the same thing.

    Unfortunately, we had to return the keyboard because one key did not work. I was offered a partial refund to keep the keyboard but I chose for a full refund. I had no issues with customer service and there was no pressure to keep the keyboard when I asked for the refund.

    Do not buy this item. This item overheated after just 10 minutes of being on the charger and it started burning. My child ran to me to tell me his piano smelled like fire.

    And what was even worse? Amazon fought with me for 45 minutes because I refused to return this piece of garbage at my own expense because I didn’t have a box to fit it in.

    End result, do not buy this item especially for your child.

    Of course you get what you pay for; this is clearly a toy and serves the purpose of being an introductory instrument well. It's brittle and cheap as expected...BUT! As a semi professional musician, this is exactly what I needed for the purpose I intended. It is IDEAL as a prop for Rock and Metal musicians to smash during gigs precisely because of it's price point and how easy it is to destroy.

    I bought this keyboard as an introductory keyboard for my 6 year old daughter. She was so excited to receive and has been playing with it non stop since. It has adjustable sound which is a lifesaver and the battery life is good so far. Excellent product with an excellent price.
