    I bought this keyboard for my 7 year old daughter for her beginner piano lessons through the Lets Play Music Presto program. It worked amazingly well for the first 6 months. And then it randomly stopped working. We tried batteries, we tried different power cords. Nada. I emailed the company’s customer service and they got back to me within a day requesting pictures and a video showing it not working and we tried some troubleshooting. I sent them a picture trying to get it to work with brand new batteries and the pictures of the different power adapters we tried.
    They were AMAZING. They sent us a replacement product that arrived fairly quickly and my daughter was able to continue to practice her music.

    I was a huge fan of this when I first purchased it and was so happy to start playing piano and making music. For the price this is great to see how much you may or may not like the instrument. However I will say about a year into piano I am now looking into a better sounding instrument as this one is very electronic and the 'pedal' doesn't sound realistic at all to me. I also want to get more experience with fully weighted keys as I think it's a good skill to have

    I made the mistake of jumping the gun on this keyboard without doing any research on its quality. A constant buzz can be heard from the speakers while it is on. If you opt for using headphones the buzz becomes more pronounced. The provided headphones were very uncomfortable to wear for long durations and if not for the volume control built into them, I would advise to simply ignore them and use your own. I attempted to connect the keyboard to my pc by using the provided usb-c connector however it would seem it only works with mobile devices or specific pc applications as my pc did not recognize it at either an audio source or a speaker. I wouldn't recommend this keyboard to anyone as it sounds awful and will never serve any purpose outside of privately practicing.

    The media could not be loaded.
    however, if that extreme beginner or kid happen to have an ounce of passion for piano, they will quickly outlive this. I got it on black friday after i saw one at the mall basically doing 0 research just typing piano in the search and I bought this.

    You can tell the quality of the keys is okay definitely a softer spring, stand is wobbly no matter what I tried you can see that in the video too.. overall its okay, however I know i did myself a disservice using this as the keys are smaller and weight is not all that there. if you're passionate now do NOT buy this keyboard, look into a weighted one

    I am a piano teacher and I bought this as a replacement for my older keyboard that I use for Zoom lessons at home. I just wanted a full sized keyboard and didn't expect some fancy professional keyboard. But this thing is so cheap it's not even worth it. The keys are undersized and the "weighted keys" feel so unnatural. Kind of like they just have resistance under them and don't actually feel weighted. It's hard to explain but it's terrible. Also, the keys are made out of this super cheap plastic that have some sort on grain on them and not smooth. The whole keyboard weighs like 5 pounds which might be good if you're transporting it a lot? But it just feels like a toy. I would never recommend this keyboard even for my beginner students. Obviously, I returned it.
