    I am extremely particular and very skeptical when it comes to buying products online. But, I’m thrilled to say, this one completely delivered in so many ways! I’ve done the research, this is def the one you want to buy.

    I was impressed that right out of the gate there was no excessive packaging, it all came in a black zippered pouch and actual easy to understand detailed directions and helpful tips, not to mention QR codes for more help, videos etc.

    All that aside, the jewels were in the perfect sectioned reusable compact containers, they were brilliant and beautiful colors with lots of sizes to choose from. The tool and stand, worked perfectly, as described and explained in the booklet.

    I got right to work on some Moroccan pillows I’m making and the jewels are completely bonded in place, no issues. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

    Wish every purchase/product could deliver this well.

    I have used hotfix for many years. This is my second purchase for a backup set. Thank you for such a great price, quality product and gorgeous crystals. I do hold my iron on the crystal for 15 seconds. It bonds better and rarely ever does one come loose. My #1 company for adhering crystals. Thank you!

    This was very easy and quick as long as your using the same size, using different sizes can be a little time consuming but overall a great product.

    TL;DR:

    Overall, I'm 'ok' with this purchase. I'm disappointed that I only received stones in three sizes and I did not even receive the size that I really wanted to test, 34SS. I am happy with the heating element, even with the short cord. If I were to make this purchase again, I would purchase only the heating element and purchase a small amount of the size of stones I want to test to get a comparison. I would not purchase this kit again.

    The Amazon description says that the enclosed rhinestones come in 4 sizes: 10SS 16SS 20SS 34SS. However, the package I received did not have stones in 4 sizes. The AB and clear crystal rhinestones came in sizes 16SS, 20SS, and 30SS. The colored stones came in sizes 16SS and 20SS. I used the enclosed crystal gauge to confirm the size stones I received. Also, I made a separate purchase of 30SS stones and the separate purchase and the enclosed stones are both 30SS. I did not receive 34SS stones. I purchased this set to get 34SS stones but there were none in my kit. I didn't buy this kit for the quality of the stones, but just to get an idea of the size before I purchased more expensive stones. I suggest using the stones only for your mock-up as the quality of the stones is not great and I will not use these stones on my final project.

    I was surprised how much I liked the enclosed tweezers. They are cheap tweezers but they worked very well, better than the separate jewel picker that I purchased. The enclosed wax picker is worthless, in my opinion.

    The heat element was fantastic. The cord is VERY short. This is mentioned in the enclosed manual but I didn't see this mentioned in the Amazon description. You will need to use an extension cord with the heating element. I had an extension cord, so it wasn't a problem for me. But, if I didn't have an extension cord at home, I would have been frustrated because there really isn't a way to safely use the heating element without it.

    I thought the heating element was very good. It worked on both the enclosed stones as well as the stones I purchased.
