I found the process of downloading Photoshop very easy to do. Instructions are provided, and if you read and follow them, it's a pretty easy process. One thing that surprised me a little, was that I then had to do an additional download, in order to work in RAW - at no extra cost. But, that was an easy process, too - I guess I just assumed it was a part of the whole thing. This purchase was an upgrade for me, as the one I was using was an older version. That being said, I feel like I need to add my two cents about Photoshop, in general. No, it's not exactly easy to operate, straight out of the gate. It takes time and patience and a serious interest in enhancing your photography. If you want to learn it, then you'll have to put in the time to play around, experiment and learn what all you can do. It's well worth the effort! As a retired photographer, I won't be without it. And I sincerely doubt I'll ever use anything else.

This is the worst purchase I have ever made on Amazon. Flawed directions. No customer service from either Amazon or Adobe. This should not be that complicated!!! Should be a simple download and activation, but it's not and there is nowhere to go to for help. This is a complete time waster!! Have had it for 2 weeks and am still unable to activate, and was told by "chat" to wait 24-48 hours for an email with the needed Serial Number to get this application working.
Anyone in Amazon or Adobe out there? Useless, just useless!! Do not buy under any circumstances.

All I needed was a basic photo editing package -- and feel that is what I got. But I would like more instruction on how the product should be used -- other than trial and error -- which is time consuming.

I print a lot of the pictures I take and using Adobe Photoshop Elements is a great way to size, and get my pictures ready to print.

I just lost $99.99 due to a misleading ad, the product is described as photoshop but in reality, to lure you in and making you purchase photoshop through this product, which will only allow you to use the organizer which in turn useless. There is no Adobe phone number to get help, no clear instructions. Misleading and dishonest product.

I had a little trouble figuring out how to get the pc code to do the download. I finally figured it out and all is good. I have been using PS elements for years as my go to photo editing tool. It is easy and intuitive. I needed to get the most recent version mostly for the newest RAW file support for Nikon. There are also some enhancements. It really takes care of all my photo editing needs.

Had to jump through some hoops but installed and activated OK. Someone said they couldn't install it. I guess they didn't follow the steps right. In the email from Amazon you get an "Activation Key". During the redemption steps you use that to get the "Serial Number". During the installation you have to enter the "Serial Number" to activate Photoshop Elements.

I purchased this on Amazon in January, installed it, and it worked okay for three months. Suddenly in April (must have been after an Adobe auto-update) I get an issue with "loading of ippCV library." According to Adobe's help/forums, the fix is to buy a new computer--even though it worked just fine on my current computer for three months! Did my computer supposedly expire or something? (It's only a couple of years old.) It's got the same ipp library as always. This PSE also has a problem with freezing, causing you to lose hours of work if you don't remember to save frequently. You have to use Task Manager to get out of it--and then go back and do all that work again. It was NOT an improvement over my version 2018, and I wish I could get a refund!
