    I use these to make eatables shelf stable for longer periods of time. The small amount needed does not alter taste what-so-ever. This will last me a lifetime. So far 5 weeks and nothing is spoiling, melting, or growing fuzz. Seems to be working as expected.

    I Have been using this in some homemade haircare products AND sauces and it seems to keep them super fresh! Even the hair conditioner that sits in the shower, getting moist and warm (perfect place for bacteria). It DOES have a funny taste though, if you use too much. Prepare to experiment to find the the perfect ratio to prevent contamination but also prevent an off flavor or smell (as with the hair conditioner).
