I attempted to abort this purchase (thought I had cancelled before completing purchase) and never received notice of having access to the software. When I determined I was charged for it, I was unable to activate it. I have cancelled the monthly auto-renewal/subscription.

You will need to have an existing account with Adobe BEFORE you purchase this subscription. You will then link your account after the purchase is made. I connected my account and was able to download Adobe Premiere without an issue.

Adobe Premiere Pro CC still crashes every single time I use it. I have a brand new maxed out Alienware laptop and a custom-built desktop PC and both run flawlessly except with Premiere. I'm so sick of this happening that I am seriously considering finding a new more reliable software to edit my business videos. I do not have time to be redoing projects. Adobe should be ashamed they still haven't fixed this issue. I've been using Adobe since 2015. Wow
