    Thus is a great mug warmer. It stays plugged in and only when you place your mug on it does it turn on. Just remember that when your mug is empty, take it off the warmer. The top of the warmer does stays hot for a couple minutes after use. Also, if you keep it plugged in make sure nothing sets on it or it will turn back on.

    I had one of these for many years, and it got old. I thought I should discard it. It only worked when it was plugged in, and I sometimes forgot I had left it on. Still, I missed it. This one is a huge improvement. It is pressure-sensitive, so it cools when no cup is on it. There is an indicator light. It is large (large enough for a bowl of soup) and colorful. I bought pink rather than a dark color to spot it easily. I passed on a dark color and white. White could turn yellow over time, and I plan to keep this forever.

    This is a nice warmer for your coffee or tea. It won't keep the coffee hot by any means (there's no temperature control) but it will keep your drink warm. I keep a mug of coffee on my desk all day and warm is definitely preferable to cold. I'm happy with the purchase. It's easy to keep clean and you don't have to worry about leaving it on because the unit is pressure sensitive to the weight of your cup. When you cup is not on it, the unit is off. Also, Using a flat bottomed cup is preferable (I ordered a glass one from Amazon because most mugs have a lip/ridge on the bottom. The ridged mug will work but a flat bottomed one works better.

    I love this a lot, been looking for something like this for sometime but wasn't sure which one to get. I never used a mug warmer before so I was a bit skeptical at first but this keeps my mug hot when in use, and it's very easy to use and keep clean. Really happy with this purchase ^^

    When I am writing in the morning, I sit at a desk for long periods of time. It's great to know that my coffee is staying warm until I'm ready for a sip. Please note: this item does NOT re-warm cold coffee. Coffee must be warm prior to setting it on unit. When coffee is very low in cup, be careful to sip slowly. It may be very hot. Also, you must remember to remove coffee cup from warmer when it is empty, as it does not have a shut-off feature.

    It does what it is supposed to do, keeps the coffee warm and very handy to use, the build is simple. Only problem is the short chord and I guess a safety temp feature would be handy as well. Though its auto shut off-on, if you leave your empty cup on it by mistake, it will kinda create a burning smell. Otherwise, nice product.
