5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to set up, perfect for use in Brazil and Argentina.

I used this SIM card (which offers coverage in 200+ countries) during my trip to Brazil and Argentina, and it worked flawlessly. I activated it in the USA before my trip, and once I arrived, it automatically connected to networks in Rio de Janeiro, the Iguazu Falls area, and Buenos Aires without any issues. The service was reliable, which made my trip much easier. I would highly recommend this product.
Additionally, I contacted customer support via email before my trip with a few questions. They responded promptly and provided excellent service.

1.0 out of 5 stars Activated, but does not work

The card was supposed to work in CA & EU.
Did not work in Canada at all.
In AU it worked for only few hours and about 500 Mb and then stopped working.
    Tried in Portugal and Spain.
In the US was able to connect to internet again.
That means seller is lying about connectivity in EU & CA.

Basically, it is a European SIM card that provides data service while roaming. It worked in the US, in China, and in Japan. No complain at all.

4.0 out of 5 stars Works Well on 5G in the USA.
Reviewed in the United States on March 26, 2024
This SIM works well on 5G for the most part with a couple of little concerns. I've only tried it in the US though, not internationally so far. I tried it in a Motorola Moto 5G phone with good results. T-Mobile was much faster but AT&T speed was about the same as 4G LTE and people at the AT&T store say it's probably due to only having one tower serving my area and it is pretty busy. The SIM won't work in older devices or those with out dated firmware though because they don't know how to deal with switching networks and when I tried it in a Utek 5G router I got an error message saying No Sim. Other than that the first problem I ran into was that it only had 1Gb of data which is too little to use for much and was quickly used up just running a few speed tests. I wanted to try the SIM on AT&T in different areas but was not able to after the data ran out. The second problem is that EIOTClub still only has a POP where they connect to the internet in Hong Kong so websites sometimes come up in Chinese and the time is always off by a day! The last concern is the high cost of data when you consider that data is an imaginary quantity that doesn't actually cost anything to produce and a lot of cellular providers are selling plans with unlimited data for as little as $15 a month but in this case you are paying more for convenience.

Card was very easy to use. Just put in the phone and works when you turn it on. I had a problem where the hotspot didn’t work when I changed location to different county but the customer service on WhatsApp solved problem rather quickly. Overall worth the money for sure!

Unless you will constantly be in a place with a wifi signal, don't bother. When I got a signal, it would constantly drop from the connection.

I guess you pay what you get for. Easy to use and set up. Only good thing about it. The speed was so slow it would take a solid minute plus to load a single item. I ended up tossing it and buying a new one when we arrived at our destination.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for use in China

I used it in an iphone6s for my recent 2-week China trip as a mobile hotspot. I activated it in the US as advised by the seller. It worked with AT&T, and Tmobile. Once in China, it automatically connected to China Mobile or Unicom. I used the hotspot to video chat with my main phone, and vpn to work. No problem whatsoever during my stay. It still worked when I came back to the US. Just make sure your unlocked phone supports all the bands used in your destinations.
