About this item
Sparks ignited when I fell at Isaac Holt's feet—literally. Although his unique-colored eyes sheltered an arsenal of secrets, the immediate connection between the brooding businessman and me were undeniable.
With lines crossed and a date penciled in, things were set to get roasting... until fate intervened.
Even being my first week on the job won’t alter the facts: not even rookie federal agents are allowed to date their targets.
Enigma: The Complete Collection is a forbidden love story between a rookie FBI agent and the suspected billionaire mafia boss she was brought in to take down.
Books included in this package:
Enigma
Unraveling an Enigma
Enigma: The Mystery Unmasked

5.0 out of 5 stars Outstanding series
I just recently found this author, I read I Married aMob Boss first, and I love her writing and her characters.
I can't wait to read Hugo's book next,I loved him so much. I also just found out there is one more book featuring Issac and Isabelle, and I am all over it. These books should so be a movie or tv series. Ijs
5.0 out of 5 stars Great series
There are a few points in the story when it left me wanting more, but for the most part, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I really enjoyed the twist in the end. A second read is a must,as I may have read it quicker to see what happened next. Now, I am sorry that the adventures of Isaac and Isabelle are done. Neat ending.

5.0 out of 5 stars What a ride! This book has it all
3.0 out of 5 stars I just couldnt....
Isabelle is ridiculous. The weakest, dumbest, FBI agent in America. This girl cries constantly. She sees a photo, tears. She gets told a story, tears. She arrests someone?! Tears. Constant tears. She sees a dead body? Damn near turned her comatose, and of course tears, followed by therapy. The other dopey FBI agent, Brandon, isn't much better. He hugs her, going on and on about how terrified!!!!! he was when she followed a crazy lady. How she should NEVER have taken that risk. That was sooo dangerous!! Uhhh...yall are both armed federal agents. That's your job. Seriously? Oh and how long has it been since federal agents used revolvers? What is this, Dirty Harry? Doesn't matter what gun they use...they're described as holding the gun, arms and hand 'shaking.' Again, I'd hope any armed agent doesn't have shaky hands when aiming a gun! Then the even dumber part is how Brandon defers to Isaac and calls him Boss. Brandon is the law enforcement. Isaac is being investigated. Why are you calling him boss?
It became just too hard to suspend reality. Isabelle dates Isaac for a good bit. Yet he never knows her real career!? Even when he has a driver drop her off and pick her up from work daily? Or how about Isaac being under government surveillance and they never see her and Isaac frolicking around town? Isaac finally realized she's FBI when she shows up to work one day. Only to find all the agents she works with in a frenzy putting on bullet proof vests. Then they yell, go go go! She's all flustered, asking what are we doing, as she puts on her vest. Scratch that, Brandon puts it on for her because well, that's what we've come to expect from her. Isabelle is still clueless and asking "where are we going," as they storm into Isaac's club. 2 seconds later, they're arresting him. If that's how arrests go, then we have bigger problems. Federal agents stumbling around, being pushed outside, chasing one another, stumbling onto the scene, none knowing theyre even going to an arrest, then all yelling at the guy being arrested. What a cluster. So dumb.
This book wasn't written by an American although it takes place in America. So terms like cheeky, rubbish, bin...not American terms. Even the overuse of "sexual contact." Isn't normal. Isabelle saying, repeatedly, "its been so long since I've had sexual contact" just got awkward.
5.0 out of 5 stars The BEST Dark Romance I've read in a long time!
I hate cliffys, so this complete boxed set was a dream come true. I loved the writing style, dialogue, pacing, and intricate but easy to follow storyline.
Isaac was the cold, alpha, drool worthy hero who was tormented by guilt and fashioned his life around the loss of his love Ophelia.
Six long years later, he had everything he thought he wanted, until he bumped into Isabelle at the airport.
I loved Isabelle and her down to earth, vulnerable, and strong personality. Not afraid to put herself out there, and big hearted enough to love Isaac completely in spite of his heart being taken by Ophelia.
The dual POVs were well written, and the storyline flowed to perfection. Side characters were equally rich and developed as the storyline continued seamlessly from book to book.
Really, this series is a keeper and a find. May just be the reason I would one click by seeing this authors name again!
