Issues with computer after update windows 10 “password incorrect”, “hard drive not found”, blue screen “needs to restart”. Inserted boot disk at start up. Gave time to load, and all issues repaired. Removed disk and computer works as it should. Definitely recommend.

I should have paid attention to the reviews. This wouldn't boot any computer I tried it on. Much less it appears to be devoid of any software on the disk.

Why I only gave it one star when I first put it in nothing happened so I got in touch with the owner of the desk or the maker anyway, he told me what to do. I did that and all this I got after many hours was that it was working on it. I let it ran for 24 hours the same thing it said it was fixing. I don’t know how long it took to fix it but after 48 hours I said this is not doing it and I gave up, don’t waste your money. It didn’t help mine at all. If you do get it, I hope it works for you but forewarn.

They provide a piece of paper with an email. Some have already uploaded a picture for that. Overall I can say that this CD only have a compilation of already free software out there to troubleshoot your computer. The difference is that they will boot into a windows environment so you can run them from them. But it won’t really fix some of the issues, some are just so you can run them from the CD, others won’t even open because you need to but the premium software. This is not a CD with a software that will help you fix your computer. I ended up making a bootable CD from my laptop on a USB and I was able to work around that. The CD, not worth my money, there is some website that explains how to use it, but it’s no brainer.
