5.0 out of 5 stars For the Price, Well Worth It
Reviewed in the United States on November 8, 2024
No, it's not top-tier components- but good enough for my son to play Overwatch on medium to high settings with a consistent frame rate and minimum screen tear... I priced around a lot for an entry level custom gaming rig for him- and this one has the specs that are priced much higher elsewhere. Build quality was great, and the shipping materials were secure.
    Upsides:
    - It looks impressive. Fired up, the LEDs make it look like Cirque di Soleil is hiding out in your bedroom. Its fairly quiet, even running full tilt- the case seems high quality for sure.
    - I got Core i7, 32gig Ram, Radeon RX 580- a TB of storage... not the highest specs, but it is a DDR 4 Motherboard so it can be upgraded when ready and can run many games off Steam at high specs. For less than $600... its fantastic.
    - Ours worked right out of the box- Windows fired right up, plenty of docs to help if need be
-Everything but the monitor and internet included. I priced around NewEgg, custom build sellers, used, CostCo- everywhere. I couldn't get these specs at that price anywhere else.
    Downsides:
    - I read all the reviews and was warned- I can't say enough- Be prepared to wire this to ethernet. Or purchase a higher quality external WiFi adapter that interfaces with ethernet. The Wifi capabilities of this out of the box is unusable.
    - Its nice it includes a mouse, keyboard, mouse pad, and sound bar- I hate to actually complain... but the keyboard and mouse especially are not the highest quality at all. They work, they all light up, and honestly, most desktops of any major vendor does not come with these accessories anymore, so for essentially freebies, they work. Just know if your gamer is picky about their gaming mouse and keyboard, an upgrade is likely needed.
Final thoughts- I have been very impressed with the quality and performance of this machine. Honestly, for the price, it beats out a lot of the mainstream desktops on the market from HP or Dell. Great Comp.

1.0 out of 5 stars Setup in spanish, never worked properly, Useless!
Reviewed in the United States on November 20, 2024
I got this as a gift for my son a year ago, from the moment we got it, there's been nothing but problems. First when we set it up, we couldn't get it to turn on and had to contact customer support which couldn't help with our problem. After a week of messing around with the cords I got it finally turned on and the computer language was set in Spanish. So I used a translator to get through setup mode, once setup my son could finally play. After playing for maybe two months he had problems with cord again, so I bought a new cord and we got it working again until recently when he turned it on and got a startup message saying problem starting windows. After contacting computer professional I was told there was a problem with the windows and computer needed to be replaced. I do not recommend this product and wish I did more research before throwing $600 down the drain. Do yourself a favor, if you are not knowledgeable in computers I would search for another brand because this was a waste of money and time. After having for only a year it stopped working completely. Nothing company can do to rectify the issue so it's useless at this point. Very disappointing.

5.0 out of 5 stars Decent gaming system
Reviewed in the United States on December 3, 2024
Computer came in two weeks later, plugged it in and started gaming. Little bit of lag when you first start gaming but clears up later on. Perfect fit for my little setup. Very good case and hardware. I just hate that the I7 is a little outdated but will play all major title games. Keyboard and mouse are nice but prefer to upgrade later on. Graphics are decent. Computer is quiet when running hard games. The lights are very nice and easily customizable. Performance is great after a few games. Very decent gaming computer would buy again!!

4.0 out of 5 stars Good for doing my design work

I use this for my business and do some design work for sandblast etchinging and laser engraving. Works beautifully for this.
I also do some lite gaming on this (SWTOR) and it's great

Only draw back. I can't seem to turn off the LEDs. Yea it's cool and all but I'm 53 and don't care about it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good $500 budget gaming computer

This is review is for the i7/RX580 16GB Ram, 512GB SSD system. Price at time of review is $499.99

This is INITIAL review done a few hours after taking out of the box and written using said computer.

    Real specs:
    Processor: i7-4790
    Ram: 2 8GB DDR3
SSD: SATA, did not disassemble enough to see what brand was labeled as
Video card is unbranded AMD Radeon RX580 2048SP

The motherboard is a mini-atx board, so only 1 PCIe slot and no NVME slot. There are 4 built in SATA connections though. Processor is NOT eligible for Windows 11. If you wanted to strip out Windows and put on a Linux flavor I'm sure that would work.

The Bluetooth 5.0 is not native and instead is a USB dongle, but with 9 (6 USB2, 3 USB3) USB ports there's plenty of places to put it.

Bootup was fine, setup no problems, no BSODs and system been running for a few hours now. Bloatware was limited to what comes with a fresh install of Windows 10.

Since this is billed as a gaming computer did some checking at "Can I Run It" to see what it could in fact run.

According to Can I Run It, it will run all the games listed in description, except for Eldon Ring.

Not mentioned in description, but will run as per Can I Run It:
    Red Dead 2 - Recommended
    Baldur's Gate 3- Minimum
    Helldivers 2 - Minimum
    Witcher 3 - Recommended
    Diablo IV - Recommended

To give you an idea of what it won't run, will NOT run as per Can I Run It:
    Starfield (duh)
Cyberpunk 2077 (conflicting, could be minimum)
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle
    Warhammer 40K
    Mechwarrior 5: Clans

All that said this would make an okay budget computer if you aren't looking to play the latest and greatest games.

As billed and priced it's a $500 computer, don't expect it to be a $1000 computer and it's fine. Case is upgrade ready with plenty of breathing room down the road when today's motherboards and processors and down in the $100 range for easy upgrades.
